Balzola In Alassio

An excellent place in the heart of Alassio, with a historic and elegant interior. Outside, there's a lovely outdoor terrace with lovely tables and chairs, as well as some swings and sofas. The atmosphere is refined, and the service is professional and fairly fast. The croissants and cappuccinos are delicious, and the prices are reasonable for the location (7.50 for two cappuccinos and two croissants). You absolutely must try the Baci di Alassio (Baci di Alassio), which have the original ones, as well as much more: chocolate, pastries, candy, etc.

Very nice historic bar both outside, where we usually sit, and inside. We tried coffee, cappuccinos and chocolates and freshly squeezed orange juice, served with a welcome meringue to accompany it. Tip: make the cappuccino thicker and frothier. Good croissants.

Una porción de la historia que data de 1902 y todavía en el negocio. Francamente, hemos estado visitando Alassio durante más de 40 años y los hemos evitado estudiosamente. Quizás, basado en cierta inteligencia local y nuestras propias observaciones de escaparates que son ornamentados pero nunca parecen cambiar. Aun así, uno debe hacer sus propias conclusiones.
