I've sampled their cuisine several times now, and after trying almost the entire menu, I can confidently say that Bajos is one of the most spectacular and delicious Asian restaurants in the area. If you're looking for a truly unique experience and refined, sophisticated flavors, you must try their dishes. The passion and attention to detail shines through in every course.
Bajos isn't just sushi and sashimi, but also Vietnamese, Thai, Indian, and South American.
I'd also add that the quality is exceptional, especially local (I'm referring to the seafood).
The wait staff is friendly and accommodating, and they guide you with humor and kindness throughout the evening.
I highly recommend trying it.

Do you know what umami is? Well, I have to say that every dish reaches that level. A succession of wonder, flavors, and originality. This is about talent, passion, and dedication, and I have to say that both Angela and Iolanda manage to express their qualities to the fullest. Recommended? I'd definitely say yes! Congratulations on your style, but above all, for the uniqueness that characterizes you. Prices are in line with the quality of the products, and the service is friendly but never intrusive.

Simple but very nice atmosphere.
Food...good! I don't eat fish, but I love Asian culture and cuisine. I found the use of spices to be very thoughtful. The dishes convey the emotion of Asian cuisine, but you can feel the Mediterranean touch, which makes them particularly fascinating. The pad thai, for example, brought back memories of northern Thailand but left you feeling down to earth.
I would add a few chicken dishes and also try some Indian, Malaysian, and Vietnamese cuisine.

Recommended, a pleasant discovery. I recommend making a reservation as seats are limited.
Very good value, the food is truly delicious.
My only comment: for transparency, I recommend updating the menu by replacing the "€2 cover charge per person" if the bill then lists a 10% service charge.

Four of us visited this restaurant last Saturday and had a very positive experience. We spent around €40 each, a price justified by the overall quality of the dinner. The tartare was truly excellent, prepared with the freshest ingredients and enhanced by a perfect balance of flavors, bringing out every nuance. The other courses were equally impressive: carefully prepared, tasty, and never boring.
The atmosphere is informal and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed evening. The only downside: the seating was a bit uncomfortable and probably in need of updating, especially considering the quality of the rest of the experience.
The restaurant is run by an all-female team, a detail that adds a touch of character and authenticity. I met the owner, and you could sense great attention to detail and a genuine passion for cooking.
Recommended for those looking for well-crafted dishes and a simple yet refined atmosphere. We'll gladly return!

If you are looking for a culinary experience that can amaze without ever being forced, the Bajos restaurant is a must. It is an Asian fusion cuisine restaurant, capable of combining authentic flavors and contemporary creativity in a truly unique environment.
I had the opportunity to taste a wide selection of dishes: from nigiri, rolls and raw fish (all very fresh) to hot dishes such as spring rolls, gyoza, meat schumai and pad thai. Everything is prepared with the highest quality ingredients, such as the fish, which comes directly from the fishmonger of one of the two chefs, a guarantee of freshness and traceability.
What makes the experience even more interesting is the philosophy of the chefs: the two owners, in fact, periodically travel to Asia to update themselves and bring authentic flavors, true culinary traditions and reinterpretations respectful of the culture of origin to the menu. This is reflected in every dish, always carefully prepared and never banal.
The service is good, attentive and professional, but what really strikes is the atmosphere: welcoming, warm, original, with an unconventional touch that makes everything more interesting. It is an environment where you immediately feel at ease, which is suitable for both intimate dinners and evenings with friends or family. Highly recommended to everyone! Both for those who already love Asian cuisine, and for those who are curious to discover it. Bajos is not just a restaurant, it is a journey through flavors, stories and cultures but without ever leaving the Phlegraean coast.

Very nice atmosphere, very kind staff. Very good and creative sushi and sashimi. Excellent octopus, and eggplants. At the table a vegetarian guest who was able to range between different dishes offered by the menu. One of the choices was pad thai, really tasty and rich. They serve Thai beers in bottles, perfect to accompany the dishes of the menu. Wide selection of wines, sparkling wines and champagne. Recommended.
