Baita Marnara In Spormaggiore

We went to this characteristic hut for dinner and ate the typical Trentino dish: potato tortel. In addition to the tortel, which is served on a plate already accompanied by cold cuts and cheeses, other side dishes are served on request such as the delicious gorgonzola, sautéed mushrooms, cabbage, peperonata and a plate of exquisite carne salada. Everything was really excellent and served in the right portions, so much so that only the empty plates returned to the kitchen. The desserts were also really good, also homemade, taken at the end of an already excellent meal. To add a touch of family to the meal, the friendly and discreet presence of the family dog, always ready to be cuddled.

It's worth taking a somewhat narrow road to the end for a place like this. Excellent food (I took the trout fillet, mushrooms and creme brulee), efficient and prompt service, courtesy to spare. Highly recommended.

We have been to this restaurant twice, very characteristic indeed. Recommended for those who love trout, which is raised and cooked in many different ways. The manager is very kind, the place is suitable for those with children of all ages.

Locale carino, aree interna ed esterna piuttosto grandi. Ovviamente specialità trota, in diverse varianti tutte ottime. Zona giochi per i bimbi, con piccola area kart a pedali. Molto bene, anche se prezzi un po' altini. Però valutazione positiva.
