Absolutely happy to have spent our holidays here.
Surrounded by greenery, private beach with umbrella, sunbed and deckchairs a few steps from the room, not facing the sea.
It is September and everything is very quiet, an oasis of calm.
Excellent restaurant for both sweet and savory breakfast with gluten free products. Dinner excellent dishes, the pizza definitely a little less so.
Super helpful staff for any need.

The only flaw is the lack of mosquito nets so with the windows open we were food for the Gods (mosquitoes)!
I start by making a general consideration, namely that in my opinion if you book a 2-star hotel you cannot expect a 4-star service. My review is therefore based on our personal experience, which I would consider absolutely positive considering also what our initial expectations had been. Our accommodation was just a 3-minute walk from the beach and a 1-minute walk from the pool, it was spacious and fairly clean (except for the slightly damaged and rusty furnishings, but for 2 weeks you could easily get over it). In my opinion, the countryside view is very relaxing, the outdoor patio is very convenient for eating and is almost always in the shade. Very fresh room and without the need for air conditioning (we stayed the last 2 weeks of August). Very clean private beach, equipped with a sunbed, two deckchairs and an umbrella. Beautiful sea although with dark sand and a few stones here and there, but ideal for small children as it is very shallow. Shower on the beach for washing and foot-washing fountains along the entire route of the village. Very kind and always available staff. It's just a shame about the lack of animation, which sometimes wouldn't have hurt. Excellent and strategic location to reach Follonica, 5 minutes by car from the hotel. Overall we can still consider ourselves very satisfied, we would happily return!
The place is very convenient for the sea, appointments are in a good position, a flaw is the car parking not very convenient for the apartment that was offered to me
It would need better maintenance of the greenery, the parking road is a "powder keg" after a short time the cars turn white.
In the path that leads to the sea there is a smelly canal.
The apartments overlooking the car park are very 'hot', and do not have air conditioning/fans.
The reception staff and especially the beach staff were very kind, welcoming and friendly.
Councilors to organize more entertainment evenings, given the isolation of the surrounding environment.
Despite the notes made, I would go back.
Spartan rooms, somewhat bare environments. On the positive side, the beach is in front of the residence and is therefore very convenient and the sea is very beautiful.
