We're enjoying our holidays here. It's simply furnished, but that doesn't bother us. It takes the stress out of everyday life, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The staff is friendly, and the other guests in general are friendly, too. Even though you don't know them, it's almost like family and manageable. If you wanted, you could even have a beer with your neighbors 😉. Mutual trust is a given, and a stay is highly recommended.

This is our third year here. Excellent value for money.

It was a unique experience. We had a bright, well-maintained and functional apartment, immaculately clean and equipped with everything we needed, including a large, new refrigerator, mosquito nets on every window, and a wide assortment of dishes. Our apartment was practically on the beach, and from the terrace, where we ate, we could see the sea and smell its scent. The receptionists were extraordinary, kind, and very attentive to our needs, helping us in every way possible to make our week wonderful.

We are two adults and a 4-month-old baby. The room was suitable for three people. It was clean, simple, and had all the essentials. I thank the cleaning ladies and waitresses who cleaned our room every day. The parking was excellent. The shared spaces were very clean. Almost everyone was kind and welcoming. Breakfast was a bit of a challenge, but nothing serious. There was plenty of variety. The atmosphere was suitable for children, including a beach spot. I'll definitely be back.

Residence near the sea, quiet location. We booked a double room with a crib, breakfast included, for a week. The room was clean, and there was even a small outdoor area in front with a table and chairs where you could relax in the evening. Yes, you might see a few ants and spiders, but we're surrounded by nature, so I'd say that's normal. Breakfast had a decent variety, from sweet to savory. The staff was helpful and friendly!!! Perfect location, a two-minute walk from the beach, with clean sand and water. For lunch and dinner, you can walk to a few places, such as Beachrock, where we ate very well. For those who prefer a bit more nightlife, Follonica is just 15 minutes away. A truly positive experience!!!

Clean, well-organized, and absolutely child-friendly, with games and a pool. The beach, very close to the accommodations, is also perfect for a relaxing family getaway. A must-visit if you're looking for a beach getaway, even just a few days. The staff is incredibly helpful and courteous.

The prices are moderately high, but it's worth it. The rooms and apartments are located among the olive trees, 200 meters from the sea. The staff are friendly, and the restaurants on the beach are delicious with a breathtaking view! If there's anything to be said for, it's the restaurant inside the building. It's full of young, inexperienced people... but it's good too! The breakfast was perfect, even though the reviews were negative! I'll be back, and so will my parents!

We stayed in a three-room apartment during the week of August 15th, having previously stayed here two years ago. I was pleasantly surprised because this year's apartment had some new furniture (the one two years ago was very old), but the kitchen equipment remains very poor: cutlery was scarce and pans were mostly worn, in some cases almost rusty. I was aware of the lack of air conditioning, but mosquito nets should be installed everywhere because to avoid the heat, you have to keep windows and shutters open, and there are so many mosquitoes; we slept very poorly. In the absence of air conditioning, considering the apartments' high price compared to their general condition, at least one fan per apartment should be provided automatically. The setting remains the strong point: very quiet both in the residence's streets and at the pool, a shallow pool suitable for small children, and a well-equipped beach in a very pretty spot surrounded by maritime pines. The apartments definitely need improvement, as does the overall upkeep of the space. A convenient but not excellent restaurant, a useful minimarket with good products.

The residence is well-located, quiet, and not too large. Prices are competitive, considering all the amenities included (beach access is a real bonus). The only downside is the amenities in the rooms (not to be confused with the apartments, please note!): there's no "do not disturb" sign for housekeeping, and more importantly, there are no curtains on the windows, which leaves the room completely devoid of privacy since the units are all close together and there's a lot of traffic. The only way to shield yourself from view is to keep the wooden shutters closed or the heavy curtains closed, both of which leave you in the dark and scorchingly hot. Furthermore, a disproportionate number of insects enter, as there's no curtain or mosquito netting. This is also a waste of the property, as you can't fully utilize the fresh air from outside (which was plentiful and would have cooled the room), let alone natural light. You're forced to barricade yourself inside, wasting endless electricity to keep the lights on even during the day and use the air conditioning. Opening the bathroom window was unthinkable because it had the same problems, with the added bonus of being in the bathroom... The beach bar/restaurant and the seaside restaurant were very good, and the staff was friendly and helpful :) Overall, a good stay; a few details could be improved.

My summer family has been coming here for years now and it's always a paradise in the heart of Torremozza. My house is on the sea and it feels like being in California, 20 meters away from the sea. The staff is like family.
