🔴 Check-in & Service: Prepayment required upon check-in – without prior inspection of the room. No staff at night, no one to contact in case of problems. Complaints (e.g., broken air conditioning) were ignored, and a price reduction was refused. Staff response: unfriendly, no goodwill ("policy"). 🏨 Room condition: Old, run-down, significantly worse than in the photos. Damage such as crooked balconies, leaking showers, and nails in the wall. The air conditioning in one of the rooms didn't work – in the middle of July. Alleged "trash" (deposit bottles) that weren't in the bin but on the table was simply thrown away without question. 🍽 Breakfast & Food: Juices extremely sweet and watery. Eggs in brine, hard-boiled and questionable in taste. Bacon and fried eggs were edible, but some were old and bland. 🚗 Parking: Hotel parking costs €8 per day. Alternative parking is available 300m away – very dirty (dog feces). 🌙 Nighttime: No security, no reception. Access to the building is only possible with a code; without the code, there is no way in (not even a night phone). The elevator is very cramped for 4 people (maybe two plus suitcases will fit). Disturbance caused by drunk teenagers – no help is possible as no one from the hotel is present. ⭐ Positive: The only bright spot: the location.

Starting point: Double room without balcony. 2 nights in July 2024 (Friday to Sunday for a guys' trip) with breakfast. Positive: The location is great – right on the beach. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was decent. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the furnishings spartan and old-fashioned, but functional. We were allowed to leave the car in the parking lot after check-out (10 a.m.) and change in the restroom in the lobby, as we didn't leave until late afternoon. Negative: There is NO parking at the hotel. You have to drive a few hundred meters away and park there. It's a real mess. How do hoteliers think people arrive? Beam them? Conclusion: I would only recommend the hotel for couples or friends, and that's probably the typical clientele there. I don't remember any children. It's a hotel for people with low expectations of the room. If you only use the room for sleeping, showering, and using the toilet, it's perfectly adequate.

TOP value for money Excellent location!!!! Satisfactory hotel service, fresh towels every day, varied breakfast, parking available behind the hotel or 300 meters away for €7/day. Beach chair and bike rental included.

The hotel is relatively simple, but okay and thanks to the cleaning staff everything is in top order and you feel comfortable, the bed is well made and the upholstery is new>>simply tutto bene

The room and bathroom were a bit dated, but the breakfast and location were excellent. A bicycle was available.
