From the moment you are welcomed, you perceive extraordinary care for the customer: the staff is friendly, attentive and always ready to recommend the best dishes. The quality of the meat is simply extraordinary. I tried a Florentine which was an authentic masterpiece: cooked to perfection, soft, juicy and with a flavor that enhanced every single fibre. The ribs and fillet were also exceptional, all accompanied by delicious side dishes and presented with great care. A strong point is the variety: from beef to pork, up to more particular cuts, there is something for all tastes. The wine list is well stocked, with perfect labels to accompany each dish. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, ideal for a dinner as a couple or an evening with friends. The quality-price ratio is truly competitive, considering the excellence of the raw materials. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who wants to have an unforgettable gastronomic experience!
