The sushi and raw fish are good, and there are also some alternatives. The street between the tables, with its garage and motorcycles passing by, isn't exactly nice.

We have been going to this place for several years but this is the second time that I have been disappointed at dinner.. the food was good as always, even if we were not brought a welcome entree, but the service was really poor. For the wine I had to ask for the basket.. at the end of the dinner no one came to ask if we wanted anything else, we asked for two coffees, which never arrived and when it came to the bill not even a word of apology.. I would say that for a while at least we won't see each other

Ho avuto dei dubbi nel prenotare perché leggevo recensioni del tipo: qualità molto inferiore al passato. Ho voluto comunque tentare. Sono rimasta super soddisfatta. Qualità ottima, grande varietà, prezzi nella norma. Un esempio: uramaki con ombrina, copertura di mango e salsa al maracuja, 8 pezzi (grandi) 12 euro. Locale curatissimo, ben riscaldato, ben arredato, illuminato strategicamente, personale super gentile. Consiglio vivamente.

08/06/2025: Top sushi!!!! Ordered at home, super punctual delivery. Valeria the girl who took the order was very friendly, the sushi made by chef Fabio was spectacular!! Quality fish and really good flavors. I highly recommend it to everyone
12/05/2025: Sunday evening in Maki Flores, what an experience! Really fresh and well-prepared sushi, with presentations that almost make it a shame to eat. The environment is nice, easy-going but well-kept. Excellent value for money, the dishes are generous and tasty. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, always kind and professional. The rolls were really creative - I tried some that I had never tasted before. I particularly liked the seared salmon Tataki with sesame and ponzu sauce and the Nigiri mix... I recommend a table outside if the weather is nice, the area is quiet. For those looking for sushi in Rimini, this is definitely a place to try. I will definitely be back!
