A few days ago I was at this farmhouse for the first time and I really feel like recommending it to everyone. Everything was impeccable: from the warm and welcoming room, to the table set with extreme attention to detail, to the staff who pampered and delighted us from appetizer to dessert. Sublime appetizer with focaccia, cured meats, cheeses, grilled vegetables, honey and jams strictly produced by them. If you go in a group like in my case, I suggest you have the pizzas brought to you already cut in the centre. This way, you will have the opportunity to try them all because one is better than the other. Here too there is a peculiarity worthy of note: instead of mozzarella they use a first salt of their own production. And the same goes for the desserts, in the cheesecake you will find their ricotta and in the tart their plum jam. In short, a 0 km farm in the true sense of the word, where the quality of the ingredients and the love for one's work are perceived from the first moment!
