Somehow the staff here are always able to manage crazy crowds and impatient customers with calm efficiency and a smile. Coffee is great, and they are able to serve quickly despite being hassled. Great breakfast cornetti options and a restaurant bistrot for other meals. Fast internet and a good environment.

Excellent parking, but there is no sign that there is also parking for trucks on the right, many people drive by and then there is no space, and on the right the parking lot is empty...

I stopped at the Autogrill Flaminia Ovest with my children. Excellent service, very friendly staff, clean service station. We were very satisfied. We had dinner at the restaurant and took 2 children's menus (my children chose one cutlet and chips and the other pasta with sauce) and I chose the €18 menu of cutlet and chips, dessert and drink. We were very satisfied. Compliments!!!!

18/05/2024: I ordered a pizza at 8pm for 10pm, they had a slight delay of 15 minutes but the staff was very kind in offering us two Coca-Colas.
