I stopped for a quick break, primarily to use the restrooms, and despite the large crowd, I found them clean, tidy, and even smelled fresh, which is not a given at a busy service station. A quick but positive stop, a sign of good management and attention to maintenance.

The two people serving in the restaurant area were friendly and polite, the plates and cutlery were clean, and the food was good. I took the buffalo mozzarella away with me. While at the bar, they were cold, aloof, and seemingly annoyed. As often happens when you're served by young people, they didn't listen carefully to your orders and worked like an assembly line. There's a big difference between an Italian caffè macchiato and a caffè macchiato that looks like a mini cappuccino.
