A homey place, but with excellent service. The Salento menu is spectacular. Pureed fava beans, octopus, and horse meat terrine, along with cold cuts. This is what we ordered, but if I'd had enough, I would have happily tried other dishes. The only downside is that the outdoor tables are very close to a busy road. If I return to Lecce, I'll happily return and highly recommend it.

Spectacular meat. Recommended, but only meat. We had the mixed antipasto, and the buffalo mozzarella was nothing special. However, the beef fillet was an experience I haven't had in a long time. 4 stars because we ordered two amaros and they charged us €8. We were hoping it would be free.

Had dinner there a year ago, and the service and quality were top-notch. I tried the takeout, with a mixed portion for €10. It was cooked to perfection, and when I got it, it was piping hot, and the variety of flavors were much appreciated. A generous portion. Recommended.

I almost never write reviews, but this place deserves it. We were there last night, a table of 28 people, including 8 children. The kindness, patience, and hospitality of the entire staff were stellar! They immediately brought excellent food to the children, who then started playing. Our food arrived a little later, but that was simply because we ordered 20 different dishes, and the care and attention they paid to each course was admirable! We made countless requests to the waiters and staff, and we received their undivided attention despite the place being packed. Congratulations on the service, guys! And thank you so much for your availability! I recommend this place to everyone if you want a unique (old-fashioned!) welcome and if you want to enjoy excellent meat with local drinks!
