Dear Arezzo visitors,
Today we went to a small, charming restaurant in the old town to enjoy the atmosphere with a drink. Although the restaurant was almost empty, the waiter immediately informed us that we only had 20 minutes, as the place is primarily a restaurant and not a bar. This welcome was unfortunately anything but warm and immediately dampened the mood.
Since the waiter subsequently neither responded to eye contact nor hand signals, we couldn't stick to the 20-minute time limit, as we were unable to pay. So we sat there for 35 minutes, even though we would have liked to leave earlier.
It's a shame that such a beautiful place scares away its guests with unfriendly service. Unfortunately, you don't feel welcome here.
Fusion of Asian and Italian dishes. I love the gyoza, it was really tasty. The best was a ban with chashu, really my favorite. It’s very a nice atmosphere and great for only drinks too! I would definitely come back!!’
I had never tried Arighen before, it was a very pleasant discovery. We were impressed by the quality of the dishes. I was particularly amazed by the dessert, the apple gyoza, which was served with a caramel sauce that was definitely prepared by them and it is very difficult to find a restaurant that offers it and that is not the classic supermarket syrup. The place is small, well-kept and the staff helpful and friendly. A fusion restaurant that is really worth it.
