Excellent pizza, quality service and welcoming environment

Wonderful evening spent with family. I tried the new menu and was amazed by the goodness and refinement of the products. Gourmet pizzas presented with particular combinations and proposals that are practically impossible to find in those of Formia and its surroundings. Light and digestible pizza, excellent appetizers with a nice selection of craft beers. If you pass through Formia I highly recommend stopping and trying the proposals of the pizza chef Enzo and his staff. Proud to be able to find a reality like Aria Nuova in Formia, because the pizzas exactly respect the name that Aria Nuova bears, a novelty that was missing in our areas and which has nothing to envy of other pizzerias with important names behind them . The pizza is exceptional. The place is very nice, perhaps less so the place. Equally excellent service.

The dough is very light and hydrated, you can perceive the quality, I didn't expect anything less, there aren't many seats so I recommend booking. It is convenient to use the camping car park which is located next to the structure for free. There are many families, and background noise so you can't converse, obviously this isn't a criticism but an observation. If you return from Formia or Gaeta I recommend you try it.

Definitely something new. Very nice place. There were two of us, a starter that can be improved. The two pizzas were good but the dough was too chewy for my taste. An appetizer, two pizzas, a coke and a bottle of water. The cost was 35 euros. Excellent. Advised

Do you want to eat a good, light, tasty and interesting pizza? well look no further than Aria Nuova. Went with my family for the first time and everyone was happy with their pizzas, even the one Gluten free option. We all like the twists and interesting takes on classic pizzas :) I have to say that among many other things I appreciated how the staff was super attentive responsive and professional. (booking system and phone responsiveness were top notch too!)
