We ate some spectacular pizzas with truly sublime flavor combinations. EXCELLENT

Wide selection of gourmet pizzas, unfortunately. The dough is rubbery and soggy, making it unpleasant to eat the crust. The center is so soft it almost breaks. The fried shrimp on the pizza tasted like it was frozen. As for the frittatina, the fried food was good, except for the inside, which was bland. Very welcoming atmosphere, spotless restrooms. Helpful and courteous staff.

This was our first time here, and we initially wanted to try their more unusual pizzas. We were more than satisfied: light dough, perfectly cooked, and a very well-balanced combination of ingredients. We also tried a potato croquet, which was delicious. Made entirely from potatoes, the flavor reminded me of my childhood. Finally, I'd like to commend the professionalism of the table service staff. I'm updating my review regarding the desserts: they're all worth trying, and I'm personally thrilled with the deconstructed cheesecake. Definitely worth a try.

Aria Nuova was an interesting and somewhat refreshing culinary experience, but there were several areas that could be improved. The menu was complicated and poorly structured—I honestly didn't understand it. The waiter was annoyed because we weren't ready to order right away; only when I asked him to stop and offer advice did he become helpful and kind. The food was excellent and served very quickly, but the whole experience felt a bit rushed, which is a shame. Unfortunately, they didn't manage to prepare my Aperol Spritz properly: I asked for it without water, but the result was mostly Aperol with very little Prosecco. After two complaints, I ordered a full glass of Prosecco on the side, and even that didn't make the cocktail enjoyable. However, the Prosecco was offered when I explained the situation to the cashier. The online reservation system, with its reminders and follow-ups, was very positive: truly exemplary. The dessert selection was also fantastic, truly remarkable. In short: an interesting concept, a unique experience, but with significant room for improvement in service and detail.

We chose this restaurant based on the recommendation of some acquaintances. We found the atmosphere to be truly comfortable and delicious, and the quality was excellent. But the staff was the real highlight: truly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable.
