We stopped in during a motorcycle tour. The traditional cuisine was very good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We went to Trattoria Aquila Nera for lunch on the occasion of my partner's birthday, and the experience was simply perfect. The place has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with wooden furnishings that convey all the authenticity of Trentino tradition. The menu is full of typical dishes: we tried canederli, strangolapreti, polenta with venison, pork shank and rabbit, all cooked in an excellent way and served in generous portions. You can perceive the authenticity of the ingredients and the passion in the kitchen. A true triumph of local flavors! Not to mention the various grappas produced by them. A special applause to Mrs. Lucia, very kind and attentive, who made our lunch even more enjoyable with her hospitality. Exceptional value for money. Highly recommended for those looking for authentic cuisine, a family atmosphere and an experience that goes beyond simply "going to a restaurant".

The Aquila Nera restaurant was a real surprise. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a rustic touch that makes you immediately feel at home. I tasted the rabbit, the venison with polenta and the apple strudel: all the dishes were delicious, prepared with fresh, excellent quality ingredients. Very beautiful place in the mountains, you arrive by car and beautiful walks start from there. Simple restaurant just what you need for a meal with friends. You eat a lot and well, you definitely don't feel light!! Friendly staff.

The food is identical. The landlady was extremely friendly. We also got something to eat when the restaurant was closed with the words "if you eat what the family eats" It was simply tasty. Have been there at least 5 times. Always good. Once with an overnight stay, but that was about 15 years ago. Back then the rooms were very simply furnished, I don't know what they are like now.

We (5 of us) went there on a Thursday at midday, ate an appetizer and a second course....abundant dishes at an excellent price. Advised.
