We had lunch, asking to try several dishes; they still brought us very generous portions. Everything was good (but, as we all know, it's a matter of personal taste). The price was reasonable. Friendly service.

Typical Trentino cuisine: dumplings, venison, stew, polenta, etc. Limited selection, but well-prepared. Always a great place.

We went to Trattoria Aquila Nera for lunch on the occasion of my partner's birthday, and the experience was simply perfect. The place has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with wooden furnishings that convey all the authenticity of Trentino tradition. The menu is full of typical dishes: we tried canederli, strangolapreti, polenta with venison, pork shank and rabbit, all cooked in an excellent way and served in generous portions. You can perceive the authenticity of the ingredients and the passion in the kitchen. A true triumph of local flavors! Not to mention the various grappas produced by them. A special applause to Mrs. Lucia, very kind and attentive, who made our lunch even more enjoyable with her hospitality. Exceptional value for money. Highly recommended for those looking for authentic cuisine, a family atmosphere and an experience that goes beyond simply "going to a restaurant".
