A friend's birthday dinner, obviously pinsa! My sweetheart and I split a pinsa cacio e pepe with ham on top and a pistachio, which was white with a little pistachio cream on top. We liked the first one more, but in my opinion the second one was also good. For dessert I had a cream with salted caramel and crumble at the base, while Denise had a slice of pistachio cake. Between a bottle of water, a beer and other pints shared by other people, in the end we spent just over €25 each. Personally I was satisfied, I had wanted to try it for a long time and I finally succeeded.

The esplanades (pinse) are very good, as are the desserts. Be careful of the extra dark passion truffle which has orange liqueur but is not indicated on the menu.

One of the few places in Genoa where they make pinsa. Good ingredients, crunchy but bland dough, as is the sauce. The ice cream is good. Large and simple place. Parking difficult, but easy to reach from the city center by funicular.

We eat the "pinsa", a variation of rectangular pizza, with a dough very different from Neapolitan pizza, but very good. Picturesque view of the Genoa funicular. The ice creams, on site or to take away, are also worth it.
