Honestly, the pinsa on a piece of baking paper is no good, especially considering what they charge for it. They don't even make the French fries that you find everywhere here. You pay for the service charge but not at all. Practically everything is disposable, like at a campsite. I'm sorry, but I can't give a positive opinion.

A nice little local spot with delicious pinsa. It looks like pizza, but it's not. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly service. And very affordable. I recommend it.

The pinsa is always very good, but compared to the last time we were here (two years ago or more), we found the dough a little thinner and drier... Personally, we preferred the previous version. Excellent ingredients. Very kind staff!

It used to be called pinsa, but now it's called schiacciata! I wondered why and came to the conclusion that perhaps they don't use a blend of flours specific to pinsa (wheat, rice, etc.).
The schiacciata isn't bad, but it's not something to celebrate either.
The service is entrusted to some courteous young women.
The schiacciata is served on a reused wooden cutting board, and the only layer separating the edible part from the wood, which may have just been used by someone else, is a sheet of kitchen paper (I hope).
The result is that when you cut the schiacciata, you destroy the paper, which also gets soaked in tomato sauce.
The result is that you risk eating the paper, which is mashed, and the schiacciata ends up in contact with the wooden cutting board, which certainly isn't hygienic.
As far as I know, wooden utensils shouldn't be used in a restaurant kitchen, as they're impossible to keep free from contamination.

They brought pinsa to Genoa, now they've changed their name to break away from the mold. Quality food, including ice cream. The young staff is generous with their attention. The location is undoubtedly charming.

An unpretentious place: excellent pizza, somewhat hectic service, and only outdoor seating (in summer, it can melt). All in all, a good place... perfect for spring and autumn!
