One of the best pizzas you can eat on the island!

We stopped one evening for pizza, drawn in by the tables the night before; it looked good. And we were right; the pizza was very good. I had the one with truffle mushrooms; I would have had another! The dough was well-made, it wasn't heavy, and we weren't thirsty afterward. The waiter was a real genius; he was very helpful, welcoming, and kind. Recommended.

Unfortunately, the place is right on a busy road. The evening could be more enjoyable without the frenzy of cars. The place is centrally located and well-organized.

What can I say? It was Plan B for the evening. But after the experience, it will also be Plan A for the next few times. The place is nestled in one of Sciacca's most important monumental streets, and inside the dining room is a natural cave, likely part of Sciacca's old granary. So it's an experience in itself. The pizza is excellent. Well-leavened and not too salty. They may have overdone it with the oregano, but that's forgivable. Even the finger food is worth it. Everything is truly thoughtfully prepared and very good. The price is incredibly reasonable considering the quality of the food.

You have to stop at Nino's! Especially the French ones! He lived in France and it's simply delicious! And not expensive at all! And for dessert, ask him to guide you to Salvatore's (it's almost across the street, very good too!)
