We discovered this pizzeria at Galileo on YouTube. However, it was difficult to find them on the Internet. But we wanted to eat the best pizza in the world and traveled from Tuscany to Naples. The pizza itself was honestly the best I've ever eaten. Even better than the new best pizzeria in the world in Germany. However, there was a negative point that I noticed in the comments before, but I didn't want to believe it yet. The staff is as unfriendly as I have ever experienced in my life. Maybe just to tourists, but I didn't see any of them apart from us. The waiter aggressively asked us in a very loud voice whether we wanted to order now or not because we had previously had problems ordering via the website. Then we ordered from him. He then slammed the 1.5l water bottle on the table and watched TikTok at full volume at the table next to us. The pizza was unforgettable. The service was unforgettably bad. I'm giving it 3 stars out of kindness.

Traditional Neapolitan pizza and prices like those of the past. I leave three stars because it seems different compared to years ago, this one is slightly crunchy, almost as if it were produced with an electric oven. Furthermore, fried appetizers are not available, but only mozzarella with raw meat, which is also traditional.

As the name itself suggests, it seems frozen in time. The pizza is normal and the service is also normal.

03/11/2024: Since I barely understand Italian, I had difficulty making myself understood and I made a mistake in asking for 2 aperols, instead of 2 aperitifs. In fact I wanted 1 aperol and a coke. The person did not understand and another person came with 2 aperols. I explained the problem. She replied curtly "it's ordered"... And didn't take the second aperol... But, in good faith, I then preferred to joke with her. I didn't want to worry about such a beautiful place (Capri)
27/10/2024: This was by far the best pizza on our entire trip through Italy. I would highly recommend trying their pizza as they cook it traditionally with a wood fire oven and it’s amazing.

28/12/2024: Esta fue nuestra mejor experiencia en restaurantes en todo Sorrento! Mi marido tenía chuletas de cordero que estaban preparadas a la perfección y yo tenía los raviolis que era increíble. La biblioteca - como el ambiente en la habitación principal tenía una iluminación muy inventiva y te sentías como si estuvieras en un restaurante muy caro a pesar de que los precios eran asequibles. Le di 5 estrellas y la experiencia gastronómica lo merecía.
08/12/2024: Previously a Domenican Monastery. The interior is absolutely lovely, freshly redone with library shelves of all sorts of books and ancient items, including 2 knights above the entry. A reasonably priced menu and one of the few restaurants that remains open between 3-7 pm.
