The food was excellent. The pasta with tomato sauce and polpette were simply delicious and fresh. We followed it with fried fish, which was absolutely divine. The service was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

Hotel Hermitage

23/11/2025: Invited for a birthday celebration Clean, well-organized venue, friendly staff, quick service, and beautifully plated dishes made with quality ingredients. The only downside was the first course, which wasn't brought pre-plated; instead, the waiter passed by with a spoon, pouring two ladles for each guest. Try it and believe it.
10/11/2025: The restaurant is large but a little dated. The food is not bad even if it is very simple.

Oasi Salento Residence

27/09/2025: I spent 20 days in this residence in September 2025 and they were all perfect, thanks also to the weather!
19/09/2025: We stayed from September 13th and are leaving tomorrow. A first-floor studio apartment with a bed, a closet, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a balcony. Very friendly staff. There's a restaurant 200 meters from the residence with excellent meat and fish dishes. We'll definitely be back!
