Scappato dal centro di Merano dove i ristoranti erano stracolmi, mi sono diretto verso questo ristorante! Mai scelta più azzeccata! Servizio al top! Ci ha servito un sommelier in gambissima che ci ha consigliato in tutto e per tutto! Gradita l’entree’ con il loro burro salato e l’ immancabile speck! Ogni piatto una bontà! La grappa alle mele consigliateci a fine pasto una chicca! Il posto merita per dei panorami mozzafiato! Il conto assolutamente in linea con il servizio ed i prodotti offerti! Se torno da quelle parti, sarà una tappa obbligatoria! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

Excellent hotel to spend a New Year's Eve outside the normal dinners with friends. The New Year's Eve dinner amazed us with the good food and also with the very kind service. The best breakfast we've had in our life (aside from the boring buffets where you have to wake up early because the food runs out afterwards). They bring a "pyramid" with various layers with sweet, savory, various jams and fruit smoothies. I highly recommend the waffles with vanilla cream for breakfast😋

We had an unforgettable stay in this wonderful hotel. The staff was truly exceptional: kind and helpful at all times, but a particular thank you goes to Maria, who won the heart of our little Rubén with her friendliness and helpfulness. The food was superb, with tasty dishes and attention to detail, a real pleasure for the palate. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable and the space very welcoming, ideal for a relaxing stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quality experience, where hospitality and comfort come first!

Great hotel including SPA, in a very nice, quiet location. Restaurant and breakfast simply heavenly. We'll definitely come back.

One of the best hotels I have been in my life. The service is really excellent and always smiling, very caring about their guests. The wellness area is very nice with the sauna and the resting area. The highlight is the food that is truly amazing. I will recommend it to everyone for summer and for winter. I will come back again

The place is lovely with a panoramic view of the Adige valley. Magnificent for an aperitif and on the walk to get to the Monticolo lakes, about 3/4 hour on foot

I travel a lot for work as I am a tour guide, and I can honestly say this is one of the absolute best hotels in all of Europe. The service is exquisite. The location is unbelievable, and the food is to die for I have, and will continue to recommend this hotel to friends, family colleagues, and anyone interested in having a magical adventure in the Italian alps.

Das Restaurant hat nur 5 Tische und der Ausblick durch die Panoramafenster ist phantastisch. Die Einrichtung in einer Art Loungestil ist sehr gelungen, ausserdem hat man ausreichend platz zum Nachbartisch und kann sich in Ruhe unterhalten. Wenn man in ein Hauben Restaurant geht, hat man ja schon hohe Erwartungen, diese wurden aber in jeder Hinsicht definitiv noch weit übertroffen. Uns hat gefallen, dass man bei aller Raffinesse der einzelnen Gänge immer noch das Produkt erkannt hat und dass das ganze Menü saisonal und regionalorientiert war. Das anrichten ist ja in solchen Restaurants immer ansprechend und schön, hier hat es uns aber besonders gut gefallen, das sind wirklich kleine Kunstwerke auf dem Teller, man traut sich kaum den Teller zu zerstören. Die Weinkarte ist relativ klein gehalten was lediglich bedeutet, dass man kein ledergebundenes Telefonbuch auf den Tisch bekommt, hier hat uns besonders gut gefallen, dass es viele regionale top Weine gibt, von denen wir bisher noch nicht einmal etwas gehört hatten und die Gelegenheit diese zu probieren und natürlich am nächsten Tag beim Winzer zu kaufen war ebenfalls sehr schön . Der Service war schlicht, perfekt, sehr freundlich und außerordentlich kompetent, insgesamt also ein fantastischer Abend, der zwingend einer Wiederholung bedarf. Wir können das Restaurant und im übrigen auch das angeschlossene Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
