Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio wasn't right for us. We didn't feel well looked after. There was an ant invasion in the room that destroyed all our shopping. The answer was, "It's just out here in the woods."

We've stayed at this hotel a few times now. It's ideally located for excursions in the wine region. The extensive breakfast is served – nothing is missing. We always enjoy coming back.

Loved our stay at this place, food is fantastic and service great, plus the view over the vinyards. Do not miss the yoga class with Ruth, this truly was the highlight of my stay 🙏

A week of pure peace and relaxation! After a warm welcome, we were shown around the hotel, the garden with its pool, and our room. The grounds, garden, and pool area are very well-maintained. Perfect for relaxing. We didn't use the sauna or relaxation room, but the fitness room is air-conditioned, well-equipped, and offers a fantastic view of the mountains thanks to its panoramic windows. Breakfast and dinner were served in the beautiful courtyard, which has a pergola covered with vines, providing plenty of shade even in hot temperatures. The service was very friendly and attentive. We felt completely at home and can highly recommend the hotel to anyone seeking peace and quiet.

On weekends you should make a reservation to get a table.

Last year's reviews were not only confirmed, but in some ways even exceeded. This time, we treated ourselves to 10 days. The breakfast, presented on a tiered stand by the cheerful staff, left nothing to be desired. Then, in the high temperatures, off to paradise: the idyllic garden with a spacious pool and whirlpool. Later, an aperitif, and every evening, a wonderful 4-course half-board menu with matching wine, created by 4-toque chef Manuel Ebner and his team. And across the board, an extremely friendly team, led by the charming Maria Ebner. What more could you want? What more could you want?

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ansitz Rungghof. The location is ideal—just a short drive from Bolzano, yet peacefully set among vineyards and rolling hills 🌿. The food was outstanding, with each dish beautifully crafted and paired with an excellent selection of local wines 🍷. The dining experience was a true highlight. My bedroom was elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready with a smile 😊, adding to the welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. With its tranquil setting, exceptional cuisine, and gracious hospitality, this is a place we’ll gladly return to. ✨

Everything was great! Great location, great food, and super friendly service. The staff is very friendly, and the dishes are truly unique and creative – definitely worth a visit!

We visited the Rungghof Manor for the second time a week ago. Just like the first time in 2023, it was wonderful. Feeling good is a top priority here. Breakfast is freshly prepared on a tiered stand according to individual wishes and served at your table. Nothing is left to be desired; everything is delicious. The lady in charge (unfortunately, I didn't ask for her name) is also very warm, extremely kind, and attentive. This year, we chose the gourmet half-board option again. The food and the selection of courses are also outstanding. The dishes are so delicately seasoned, it was a true pleasure to go to dinner every day. The rooms and the entire complex are extremely well-maintained. We particularly like the blend of the 500-year-old building and the new, modern elements. Everything here has a truly pleasant charm (from the manager to the other staff, rooms, etc.). We are also always particularly pleased that the Rungghof is so dog-friendly. The only improvement we could wish for would be a full-length mirror in the room. We would be happy to come back.
