Animaterrae In Lecce

There was only one waitress (zooming around!) so it was half an hour before ordering, which seemed longer when hungry! Food was fairly good but dollops of marmite with beef is seriously lazy cheffing and not very nice! Seemed a little bit of Emperor’s new clothes to be honest - would not recommend in a country where food is taken seriously… wines were great

An exceptional little restaurant in the center of Lecce, on a secluded street. The atmosphere and food are truly superb.

A magical, welcoming, and warm place. Exquisite food; Roman and Apulian cuisine blend together to create a unique flavor and a delight for the palate. Everything is prepared with meticulous care. I recommend it if you're looking for an intimate evening and good food.

A truly wonderful, romantic outdoor dining area! The carbonara and the beef cheeks were very good. The portions could perhaps be a bit larger. But otherwise, we have nothing to criticize. We made a reservation, and the outdoor dining area was full.

The staff was very helpful, and the atmosphere was wonderful. We enjoyed the food, and the carbonara was excellent. The kitchen was also very clean. I highly recommend it.

A beautiful location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city while remaining within the historic center of Lecce. A truly enjoyable experience.
