If I could I would give 10 stars, we are on holiday in Salento and we found this wonderful little restaurant. Romantic and elegant location. Quiet atmosphere, impeccable service and amazing dishes! We will definitely be back!

Coming from all over Italy—Florence, Rome, and Salento—the staff’s diverse accents added a warm, authentic touch that made the experience even more special. TOP experience! Location, atmosphere, and food are perfectly balanced. Definitely a must-see for anyone traveling to Puglia. The restaurant's decor is meticulously curated down to the last detail. The dishes boast balanced yet surprising flavors, with a special mention to the raw red shrimp and the Spaghetto Benedetto, which were delicious. The staff was very attentive and friendly, always accommodating to our dietary needs. We'll definitely be back if we have the chance!

Sinodia is undoubtedly one of the best restaurants I have ever tried in Salento. A perfect mix of elegance, authenticity and passion for hospitality. The service is excellent: the staff is attentive, professional and always smiling. They make you feel at home right away, with a care for the guest that is truly rare. The terrace is simply wonderful, a corner of beauty and tranquility with an enchanting view. And the dishes… spectacular! Each course is a journey through the flavors of the area, with careful presentations and top-quality ingredients. Absolute confirmation, with pleasant news! We finally returned to Sinodia, a must-see every time we are on holiday in Salento. It is always a joy to find a place that is dear to our hearts, but this year we were pleasantly surprised: the restaurant has been completely renovated in its aesthetic appearance, and the change is truly surprising. The terrace has acquired an even more fascinating atmosphere, thanks to elegant red and white striped fabrics, with an exotic and refined taste. Even the new staff uniforms add a touch of style that makes the experience even more refined. Like every year, we couldn't help but order the Spaghetto Benedetto - their iconic dish - and this time too it confirmed itself as a true masterpiece: a perfect balance of flavours, with its combination of anchovy sauce, clarified butter and scampi tartare. Before dinner we ordered a Negroni, prepared to perfection: balanced, fresh, really well done. A special thanks goes to the service, impeccable in every aspect, and in particular to the waitress who looked after us throughout the evening with great professionalism and kindness, explaining each dish with care and passion. Sinodia confirms itself as one of our favorite places: tradition, innovation and hospitality blend together perfectly. See you next time!
