Sinòdia was a pleasant discovery. It's located in a Salento village, so the atmosphere is very intimate and familiar. The menu, varied yet purely local, offers a bit of everything. The first courses are well-prepared, as are all the appetizers. The desserts and the thriving wine cellar are the icing on the cake. Not to be missed.
