It felt like a true immersion in the Italian way of life, especially since we were able to enjoy our dinner in an Italian alleyway – an unforgettable experience! But let's get to the most important thing: the food. Without exaggeration, the meal was a delight for the palate! Every dish was full of flavor and prepared with love. It's obvious that the food is cooked with passion and uses fresh, high-quality ingredients. The only minor drawback was that the service could be better. While the staff was friendly, there were times when we felt a bit forgotten. This didn't significantly detract from the overall experience, but there is definitely room for improvement. Nevertheless: If you're looking for authentic Italian cuisine in a charming setting and can overlook minor service glitches, you should definitely visit Osteria Il Commensale. 20/06/2025: Easy going place with very friendly staff. Menu and prices, so no surprises. The food was excellent for a reasonable price. We got the leftovers nicely wrapped, so perfectly ok portions.
