The pizza is truly excellent, made with top-quality ingredients and with evident care in selecting the ingredients. The attention to quality is clearly evident, both in the dough and the toppings. It's probably one of the best pizzas you'll find in Trento. As for the restaurant itself, the location is rather simple and not particularly memorable: functional, but without any distinctive features or a memorable atmosphere. The service was adequate but rather neutral. The staff was professional, but lacked the kind of friendliness or hospitality that would elevate the overall experience. One area that could definitely be improved is the management of the dining room: during the evening, the noise level was quite high, due to the presence of a particularly lively group, and this made the atmosphere less pleasant. In short, if your goal is to eat top-quality pizza, Acqua e Farina is absolutely recommended and definitely worth a visit. There is room for improvement in terms of setting and atmosphere, but the quality of the pizza more than makes up for it.
