A friend decided to book at this restaurant, reading the reviews we decided to try it. It's adorable! Very nice with a wooden roof and very simple interiors with attention to detail. Our sunny and kind waitress welcomed us The good and typical Ciociaro mixed appetizer with cold cuts, cheese and hot terrines was quickly delivered. Then we had the first courses, amazing! Homemade and with quality products. Desserts a little disappointing but otherwise everything perfect. Definitely coming back.

After the visit to the charming village of Fumone and its castle, we stopped, on 3-11-2024, at the Il Cavaliere Nero restaurant, upon reservation. A very happy experience for the friendliness and speed of the service (a special thanks to Lucrezia and Francesca) for the quality and abundance of the dishes and for the fairness of the prices. 29/07/2024: Perfect location for a stopover if you come from Milan heading south. Small but cozy and clean rooms. Too bad about the lack of curtains on the windows which prevents them from being left open without being seen from the garden. We had dinner in their restaurant but alas too hot! A practically non-existent air conditioning system. The starter and desserts were good. The cut and the service were disappointing, probably due to an event that was taking place in the evening. Welcoming check in, the girl made herself completely available for anything. Breakfast as good as the idea of ​​serving it in the outdoor garden. We'll be back.
07/07/2024: Wonderful location, very well looked after! The rooms are first of all very clean and very welcoming, as is the staff We also had dinner at the restaurant and it is space and not expensive. Highly recommended

Michele is a guarantee, when you turn your passion into a job and this professionalism is perceived throughout the room. Polite and trained staff. A gourmet experience not to be missed. Very fresh food. When you finish eating, your palate tastes like spring. And what am I telling you to do! See you soon.
