A great place to eat on the go. The piadinas are excellent, made with quality ingredients. Offers several vegetarian and vegan recipes.

I rarely write reviews, but this flatbread was the bomb. Perfectly cooked, large, and filling, and not to mention the price... Salmon and avocado (two very expensive ingredients) in a flatbread at an extremely affordable price. Recommended!

Delicious vegan Salento piadina, with a truly special 10-grain dough, including the whole-wheat version. Local ingredients like fava beans and chicory, and premium plant-based ingredients like seitan. Giulia is kind, welcoming, professional, and happy to customize the piadinas on the menu.
