Amarcord In Masone

I was in Genoa for work and stopped here one evening. It's located on the road that runs through town, an intimate and pleasant place, with crispy thin-crust pizza, excellent prices, and friendly staff (especially thanks to the waitress, Anna). Definitely recommended if you're passing through or for a dinner with friends!

Best pizza in the Stura Valley, hands down. Fantastic ingredients, even the dough, perfectly cooked. Delicious desserts.

Good, good, good! On our way back from a circular hike on the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri, we stopped at this pizzeria (7 people). I must say we were all completely satisfied. In fact, it exceeded our expectations. We had an appetizer of deer salami and a focaccia with rosemary. And finally, the pizza (I chose the Fiattazza with tomato, mozzarella, gorgonzola, ham, and speck). I must say I really enjoyed it, but most importantly, I didn't leave feeling thirsty like I do at some pizzerias because it's salty, etc., and that's important to me. Because pizza can be good, but if you get home and drink a liter of water, that's not good enough for me (and I had several cold cuts on my pizza). Short, wide pizzas. An excellent combination. The red beer was excellent for me. The dough is also gluten-free. Clean atmosphere. If I were to return to Masone, I would definitely stop here. Unfortunately, since my phone battery was dead, I couldn't take any photos.
