Amadeus In Maratea

06/08/2025: Have come every year for a while… they have taken away their pizzeria which we felt would be a mistake as their pizza was great. However despite higher prices, we were really impressed with the food. The staff is ultra-friendly and thoughtful. My only criticism is that the back area of the restaurant packs atmosphere and has very spaced out tables which makes clients feel a bit lost and bored. This should be remedied asap. We ate upstairs where there is “fine dining” of sorts. I will attach pics. The risotto (no photos unfortunately) was incredible. The pasta with pistacchio e vongole was fabulous, as was the spirulina pasta with tuna tartare. I say this as an Italian living abroad who is generally suspicious of meddling with Italian food. Tonight we will try the bistro downstairs which has an entirely different menu.

02/08/2025: Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, ottimi drink, ottima cucina e ottimo servizio, carta dei vini ben stilata. Vi consiglio un tavolo in terrazza per ammirare il cristo redentore ed il porto! Tappa obbligatoria sé si viene a Maratea
