Very nice, welcoming and intimate place. The staff is friendly and professional, with great expertise. They recommended me an exceptional wine, accompanied by a truly special platter of cold cuts and cheeses. I always go there willingly!!

Yummy! We tried both the meat and vegetarian dishes and were pleasantly impressed. The choice of wines is also excellent. Highly recommended!

IMPECCABLE! Yes, impeccable is the adjective that naturally refers to Altogrado. High synonymous with its level. Carthusian attention to detail, very high quality food which honours, just like the wines, all the regions of our Italy. The cultural preparation of the staff is equally high, it constitutes a precious guide for what I can say is an experience. Politeness, professionalism and heart.

16/01/2025: Almost perfect. Excellent food, the linguine with seafood is notable, but everything else as well, really excellent quality. The view is remarkable if you are outside, a little less if you eat in the cave. Soft tablecloth and handkerchiefs, with damp handkerchiefs served for when using fingers. Service, almost perfect, they forgot to bring us a drink. The slightly sore point was the unexpectedly salty bill. In short, it's not a restaurant to go to often, which is a shame because we remembered it as different, more accessible to everyone.
31/12/2024: Beautiful local location modeled in a quarry in the volcanic rock but also with tables by the sea with very kind staff, excellent food, wines with affordable prices. To be recommended in Meta di Sorrento.
