Gorgeous hotel, recently renovated with attention to detail, with a panoramic view of the valley. Super friendly and hospitable staff. They're very welcoming to dogs (a small, more than adequate fee applies, and there's a large lawn in front where they can do their business). The food is excellent (the grappa parfait was a delicious discovery!), and the half-board rate is excellent. Thank you for helping make our weekend wonderful!

It was a fabulous experience. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my husband and our 3-month-old baby, and everything was perfect!! The staff is truly friendly, kind, and helpful. They pay close attention to their guests' needs. The food is excellent and high-quality, and the spotless, recently renovated rooms make for a comfortable stay. We will definitely return when our baby is older. The hotel's location is strategic, allowing you to walk to the main tourist attractions, such as the wildlife park and the castle.

Amazing customer service, I highly recommend this place. I left an earpod in my room after checkout, travelled to Hungary and the owners posted it to Hungary. They are very kind and thoughful people. The rooms are comfy, very clean, location is fantastic.

I stayed 4 days in this hotel and it was very nice! The hotel has been recently renovated, clean and equipped with every comfort, the location is excellent, it has a convenient parking and a beautiful view from the room! The restaurant is also very good, with fresh products and prepared by them, the staff is professional and kind! Highly recommended!

As cyclists, we booked the Alt Spaur at short notice.
The ultra-modern rooms, which aren't often occupied, and the excellent storage and charging facilities for our e-bikes impressed us right from the start.
The restaurant on the ground floor, run by the owners themselves, was another pleasant surprise during our stay.
Highly recommended; unbeatable value for money!

We spent three nights in this hotel managed in a very careful and attentive way, every evening we had dinner in the structure and I must say that the proposals were all prepared by their chef with fresh local products always delicious, a special mention deserves the breakfast with fresh products always prepared by them, the rooms are very clean spacious and with an excellent view. Highly recommended!
