Excellent hotel, one flaw is the warning light, followed little, music never heard, oil 31 not even, infrared sauna? Yesterday they turned off the Finnish sauna too early at 6:30 pm the temperature was 60 degrees in other years a couple of times a boy passed by with the squeegee in the corridor and there was a container with hot herbal tea and a cold drink. Improved security at the pool entrance with equipment to avoid falls, a shame for relaxation given that the spaces are top notch.

I stayed at this wonderful hotel with my boyfriend for a ski holiday at the end of December, with a half-board option. A beautiful hotel, meticulously maintained down to the smallest details, with very friendly staff, and thanks to the very helpful and attentive hotel manager. The room with a beautiful, spacious bathroom was meticulously cleaned every day by the housekeeping staff. A generous breakfast with a wide selection of sweet and savory options. A delicious dinner with a vegetable appetizer buffet, a choice of first and second courses, and dessert. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including a heated pool, three saunas, a Turkish bath, and a beautiful relaxation room within the spa. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Costa ski lifts and a short walk to the center of Folgaria. The only thing that could be improved: the pool water wasn't warm enough on some days. A wonderful experience; we'll definitely be back.

I stayed at this hotel primarily for its beautiful spa. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing: the pool was kept at only 28 degrees, making it impossible to swim, and even the showers were cold. I reported the problem to the staff several times, but nothing was ever done; in fact, it almost seemed like they were complaining that we were asking for too much. The only positive aspect was the bar and restaurant staff: the bartender Andrea and the waiters were truly welcoming and kind. Otherwise, the staff was terrible. This was definitely the first and last year we'll stay here.

We stayed a week at this beautiful property over New Year's Eve, and it truly pampered us! We were initially a little concerned about the negative reviews, but in reality, we found the staff to be extremely kind and always helpful, and the rooms spacious and CLEAN! I can't understand the negative comments about the food; the breakfast was varied and well-stocked with delicious, even healthy, options. Dinner was always varied, with the option of changing something if you have allergies or simply if the menu wasn't to your liking. I travel extensively, including internationally, but I've never read so many negative comments about a property like this, which actually does its job with passion! People should learn to treat others with respect; when you pay for 3-star service, you can't expect 5-star treatment! During our stay, I saw guests repeatedly rudely respond to waiters for no reason. We'll definitely be back! 5 stars for the kindness and thoughtfulness of the waiters.

A beautiful 3-star hotel that's every bit as good as a 4-star—in fact, it deserves it! Clean rooms serviced daily, a restaurant with a varied and delicious menu, a pool, and a spa! The staff were courteous and helpful, and the value for money was excellent!

The welcome and helpfulness of the staff, especially the dining room staff, was excellent. The facility is very beautiful, with many amenities. The only flaw is the carpet.

Some rooms are decent, others leave much to be desired. A bit far from the center and located on the road. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is simple and good.
