Good location, large and relatively modern room. The bar is well-stocked and excellent value. The spa experience could be improved: the quality of the spa and the range of services (various types of saunas, Turkish bath, etc.) are excellent. Some truly incomprehensible lapses in style: towels are available for a fee (I understand the bathrobes, but the towels are truly incomprehensible—a first in 25 years of traveling the world), no drinks (except from a tap—not even a paper cup), and the ceiling in the Turkish bath is loose and unsafe. It's a shame, because the spa is truly beautiful, spacious, and bright.

I stayed at the Alpen Hotel Eghel and had a truly positive experience. The property is beautiful, with meticulous attention to detail and a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. The wellness areas, such as the pool and spa, are well-organized and enjoyable. Everything is clean and designed to offer moments of true relaxation. Another great asset is the staff: friendly, professional, and always available. They make you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. A place I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a few days of relaxation in a well-kept and peaceful environment.

We stayed there with ski friends during the spring break. My family and two children, aged 11 and 15, stayed at this hotel. We read some negative reviews beforehand. Let's be clear, this hotel definitely deserves extra points! The food was delicious, with plenty of variety every day. The rooms were clean, a bit dated, but well-maintained daily. A big thumbs-up for the cleaning staff. The pool was clean and at least 35 degrees Celsius every day. Wonderful! The kids loved it after a day of skiing! The bar is also a pleasant place to relax. The bartender is great; he knows a thing or two about making cocktails! And it's affordable! While we were at the bar, the kids could enjoy themselves with pool, foosball, board games, piano, and more. The hotel is also a very pleasant distance from the ski slopes. And if you don't feel like a 10-minute walk, you can take the train that stops right in front of the hotel. We will definitely be back! We're already homesick.

Enchanting location, excellent service, and superb cuisine in a cheerful and relaxing atmosphere. I recommend it to skiers and non-skiers alike for its beautiful spa with heated pool in the snow. I can't miss a holiday at this hotel every year! Friendly and efficient waiters.

An ideal hotel for families and skiers, with its relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, perfect spa and pool. Efficient service and meticulously prepared traditional Trentino cuisine. The waiters are always attentive and friendly. Spacious, warm, and very clean rooms.

We stayed three nights and I have to say that everything was perfect. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the indoor pool connects to the outdoor one. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent location. I appreciated the lack of carpeting in the room, which was very nice in itself. However, the bathroom could use some updating. The rooms aren't soundproofed at all, so you can hear everything going on in the hallway, or if neighboring rooms turn on the water or flush the toilet. The hairdryer didn't work (they offered to give me one after I pointed it out). We asked for the towels to be changed because one was dirty. It's absurd to have a hotel with a spa and not provide bathrobes in the room for hotel guests who use the spa and pool. It's unfair for guests to pay for a rental. The location and ski storage were highly appreciated, as was the convenient parking behind the hotel. The breakfast was quite good, especially the savory options; the cakes were a bit dry. There is no water in the mini-bar at all. I don't understand why there is one at all. In any case, in any hotel, upon arrival, they usually leave at least a small bottle of water for guests.

Excellent hotel, one flaw is the warning light, followed little, music never heard, oil 31 not even, infrared sauna? Yesterday they turned off the Finnish sauna too early at 6:30 pm the temperature was 60 degrees in other years a couple of times a boy passed by with the squeegee in the corridor and there was a container with hot herbal tea and a cold drink improved security at the pool entrance with material to avoid falls, a shame for relaxation given that the spaces are top notch.
