Well-maintained property, with a family atmosphere, and welcoming rooms with everything you need. The wellness area is a bit small, but well-maintained. We enjoyed a couple of massages, which were rejuvenating. Breakfast offered a wide selection of sweet and savory items: croissants, homemade pastries, strudel, jams, juices, cold cuts, cheeses, bread... Dinner was mouth-watering.

I have nothing to say about the food or the courtesy of the staff. For dinner, you can count on a 3-course menu with 5 choices for each course, different every day. The salad and appetizer buffet was also very much appreciated. For breakfast, there was a rich buffet of sweet and savory items. I especially appreciated the honey in the honeycomb, which is hard to find. The room—ours was a junior suite for 4 people—was very spacious with all the comforts and a comfortable balcony with a view. There was no way to seal the room once inside to prevent any cleaning staff from entering and disturbing us. We were demanding guests because we even asked for a toothbrush we'd forgotten, and they provided it. We enjoyed an aperitif in the relaxation area. We also enjoyed the massages, which were very much appreciated. I would like to highlight some critical points and offer some suggestions for improvement: The pool water temperature doesn't feel like 32 degrees because the cold water from the outside of the pool enters the room. We couldn't stay there for long because it was so cold. The sauna area is only open from 2:30 PM, but we had come for a relaxing stay and had to reconsider our plans. Please allow us to use it all day. There are some frozen dead birds on the terrace, and they're not pretty to look at. The relaxation room could use more loungers. There's no internal telephone in the various areas of the hotel to call reception for any information or needs. I had to use my cell phone to call from my room, pool, and relaxation area. There's a telephone in the room, but the numbers to call reception aren't listed.

Beautiful hotel, abundant and varied breakfast. Spacious, clean rooms, and meticulous attention to detail, as is the case throughout the property. My suggestion would be to extend the pool opening hours a bit, perhaps from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM, so even those staying for just one night and arriving late can still enjoy it, because it's truly a gem. Recommendation.

We stayed at this hotel after seeing a Valentine's Day offer on social media for a mountain getaway. The hotel features a very large lobby, well-appointed with new wooden furniture and furnishings. There are ample spaces for guests to sit and chat or enjoy aperitifs, digestifs, coffees, and more. The bar staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms (at least the ones we selected when booking) are a bit small but still equipped with everything you need. The minibar is well-stocked, with drink prices displayed. The bathroom, though small, has a window, and the room has a nice balcony with a table and chairs. Overall, given that it's a basic room, it met our expectations. Both breakfast and dinner were very satisfying, both in terms of the buffet selection and the dishes served at the table. Congratulations on the Valentine's Day dinner and the decor! The buffet offered and served that evening (until midnight) in the spa/pool area was also a real highlight. The pool water is a bit chilly, and it would be ideal if it were possible to raise the temperature. The free parking space in the garage was appreciated (spaces are limited).

Beautiful hotel with brand new, beautiful, and comfortable rooms. Impeccably clean. We received a truly warm welcome and valuable advice on local itineraries and excursions. The food, what can I say? It truly deserves special mention. The spa and pool are excellent relaxation options. The ideal place to slow down a bit from the frenetic pace of life.

Good morning, let's start by saying that it's a somewhat far-fetched 4-star hotel... the rooms are a bit small (even the bathrooms) and lack a minibar, the hairdryer has a hose that doesn't dry anything, and the TVs are a bit small in my opinion. Let's move on to the management: not quite as empathetic as I'd expect, a bit aloof. The chef, who is very good in the kitchen, is also the owner, and I expected him to wander around the tables in the evening, telling you stories, etc., a bit like on a cruise ship where the captain listens to everyone. Anyway, the food is very good, nothing to complain about. For drinks, I recommend tap water (it's good anyway), since their "filtered" carafe is too expensive in my opinion... even for bulk wine, you'll have to take out a mortgage!! Overall, the staff is well-balanced and calm... the hotel has free parking and is close to the main attractions (1 hour from Campiglio, 1 hour from Merano, and just under an hour from excursions and hikes). In my opinion, half-board should include water, and the price of wine by the glass should be halved...for a 4-star hotel, it's a bargain (precisely!). Would I return? Well, it didn't leave me feeling either good or bad. I don't know, although some regulars return every Christmas, so it means there's something good there, but, as far as I'm used to, I'd prefer more warmth and pampering. The spa is nice, although the pool water could be a few degrees warmer. Overall, given the location (little-known) and the hotel's surroundings, I wouldn't return, but the choice is yours. The evening of December 31, 2025, was a kind of oratory reunion, where the DJ tried to engage the guests without much success, partly due to his lack of mixing skills! The dining room was nice, the breakfast buffet was a bit basic... It's not enough to have the four stars carved into the hotel entrance, you also have to demonstrate them...

We stayed three nights on half-board. The hotel is a 4-star, and you expect a certain level of service. Unfortunately, we weren't very happy with it. The room overlooks a terrace filled with building materials, and there's no mirror inside (when I asked, they told me I'm beautiful and don't need one 🙄). The hairdryer is outdated and poorly functioning. The breakfast buffet is good, but poor, especially if you arrive after 8:30. It's rude to leave receipts for previous days scattered on the breakfast table. The pool is cold, and for two afternoons we couldn't use the outdoor pool because the window was blocked. The dinner menu offers a wide selection, but we ate a plate of raw or otherwise tough penne. (The plates were full, and they didn't even ask us why.) The evening buffet, like the breakfast buffet, is poor if you arrive after 8:30. The paid massages and relaxation room are excellent. Helpful in promoting nearby attractions. Overall, it's okay, but you'd expect something different from a 4-star hotel.
