The food and hospitality were excellent. We stayed with Smartbox and had a great time. The restaurant offers truly fabulous, well-prepared dishes. The wellness area is beautiful, and we enjoyed the ritual with ice and essential oils in the sauna. The room was a shame: in addition to being a bit bare despite its generous size, the beds were close together but separate, not ideal for a "romantic" hotel. Another flaw was that the reception staff (for the Garni and Anderle areas) were never present during the day, and there was no way to call them without going to the Hotel Aurora. Perhaps an extra person for a few hours would make a difference.

We returned to this hotel for the second time, and as always, it was a wonderful experience! The first time we visited in the summer, and this time in the winter, and each visit confirmed the quality of the service. The facility is impeccable, with meticulous attention to even the smallest details. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The spa area is very beautiful; although it can feel a bit cramped when there are many people, we appreciate their vision and investment in continuously improving the guest experience. One aspect I found particularly pleasant was the availability of dried fruit alongside the herbal teas, a touch not usually expected in spas. Dinner was a true pleasure, with tasty and refined dishes, far from banal. But the real highlight was breakfast! We enjoyed the homemade products like jams, pancakes, and delicious brioches. Here, too, you can sense the attention to detail and the desire to pamper guests. We highly recommend this property and can't wait to return, especially to experience the expanded spa.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights on half-board. Breakfast was varied and delicious, but the real highlight was dinner. A vegetable buffet with cheeses as an appetizer, followed by two main courses and dessert to finish. Truly high-quality and delicious, congratulations! The entire property is family-run, and every member of the family is always smiling. When you enter the hotel, you can smell the aromas from the kitchen, a bit like visiting grandma's house. The property also offers access to the spa in the adjacent building, included in the price. Congratulations on everything! I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family!

I've been here a few times, and I'll be back again in April. It's a super nice little family-run hotel, and it really feels like it – very welcoming and friendly.
