Ancient sawmill renovated and used as a restaurant. As soon as we were welcomed they sat us at the table and brought us menus with some off-menu dishes that they described to us at the time. Excellent quality and quantity, compared to the price paid. If I were to be in the area I would definitely stay here again. Since the place is not very big, booking in advance is a must.

Those who love the mountains cannot miss going to the Segheria. A restaurant with a few tables, looked after to perfection, a very intimate and romantic environment, where you can breathe a truly mountain atmosphere. Typical dishes of the area, really very good and with top quality ingredients. Excellent dinner.

Il locale è veramente molto carino e caratteristico ,vicino ad un ruscello , fuori dal centro di folgaria,in mezzo alla natura. I piatti invece li ho trovati nella media. I dolci non li abbiamo mangiati e quindi non posso giudicare ...il personale è gentile e disponibile

Sempre tutto ottimo, servizio eccellente, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Polenta e stoccafisso veramente super, anche la cantina ha una buona scelta

06/10/2024: Festa di laurea/apericena eravamo in 28 (avevamo chiesto per 25). A parte una defaillance iniziale (futto di un malinteso), il servizio è stato di buon livello e cortese, le quantità e la qualità anche superiori alle aspettative. L'ambiente è molto piacevole e giovanile (con una stanza a noi riservata) abbiamo potuto festeggiare in tutta libertà. Il titolare ci ha offerto anche il digestivo dopo aver pagato il conto (sorvolando su un paio di piccoli extra).
25/09/2024: Es bueno para una salida nocturna, tiene comida rica, platos pequeños a buen precio. Esta en el centro de Trento, la atención es rápida y buena.
