We were the first to arrive for lunch, and were served after others who sat down after us. I'm not arguing, but the dishes we received were cold and very tasteless, unfortunately. The quality was there, but with nine tables, they could have put a lot more effort into the service.

Lunch at the Alla Segheria restaurant has been a regular stop for many years. The food is always excellent and of the highest quality. The atmosphere is very pleasant and quaint.

Typical Trentino restaurant. Very quaint. Former sawmill. A few tables for a well-organized kitchen.

The place is truly amazing!!! A renovated old sawmill made entirely of wood, with the giant saw still visible between the ground floor and the cellar! Run, as far as I can tell, by a mother and daughter! The food is truly delicious and carefully prepared: tender meat, pasta dishes with homemade pastry, and a few desserts, but delicious. Only one star less for the service due to some hesitation... but it's made up for by the kindness of the mother and daughter serving!

As soon as you walk in the door, you realize you'd love to live here. It's a charming place. Its strong point lies in the female management, which truly makes the difference. And what about the cuisine? Delicate, balanced, and delicious!

The atmosphere is truly beautiful! All wood and very welcoming. There are just a few intimate tables. The food is homemade, very natural and not overly seasoned. We had veal tartare with julienned zucchini, salad, potatoes, and a first course. Everything was delicious!!

Awesome dinner! Friendly staff, delicious, high-quality traditional food. The atmosphere is simple yet quaint, the prices are very reasonable, and the house red wine is also very good. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

The place is truly charming, featuring rustic decor with stone walls and well-spaced tables that create a very pleasant atmosphere. The cuisine is delicious, with tasty, well-presented dishes and generous portions. The staff is friendly and professional. The prices are average. Convenient parking. The only small complaint concerns the grilled polenta slices; it would certainly be more appealing to offer freshly made polenta.

For years (I've been coming to Folgaria since I was a child), I've wanted to try this restaurant, and by chance, on the evening of December 8th, I ended up there for the first time, late (8:45 PM), considering the parameters of a mountain dinner. We were told it was a bit late, but from the initial "second courses only," the choice opened up to the entire menu. Two excellent first courses: bigoli with beef and vegetable ragù and bread gnocchi (similar to the capunsei of our Mantuan tradition), which we fully appreciated. We added a beef tartare with warm courgettes, which, despite our no longer empty stomachs, was very much appreciated. The owners in the dining room were friendly and very kind. The service was quick; we were in and out in 45 minutes. The location inside was very beautiful and characteristic of a mountain restaurant, with a rustic style but elegant dining. We'll definitely return when planning our evening.
