We ate very well! Grilled meat, of course, the house specialty, absolutely top-notch! Plus, fast and friendly service, with a magnificent view of the Arco mountains... a place worth a visit, or even more!

It's been a staple on our lakeside menu for at least 30 years. Always new ideas and tried-and-true favorites. Reservations recommended. A few things have changed under the new management, but unfortunately not everything is better. Overall, though, it's still good.

As always, the place is charming, and the wait staff is courteous and friendly, even pleasant to chat with. Surprisingly, we found ourselves under new management after a few years of absence. Accustomed to the same traditional cuisine, we had our first doubts as we browsed the menu due to the absence of traditional dishes, but this was confirmed when our orders arrived. Different cooking methods and presentations lead you to realize that Ebi is no longer in the kitchen, and here you notice that Signora Isa is no longer wandering around the tables pampering customers... Unfortunately, a generational change was forced upon us. It's a shame, but fortunately, we find empathy in the new managers and the wait staff (some of the old guard still remain, with whom we had the pleasure of chatting) and people who are skilled in both the restaurant and the kitchen. In the dishes, you'll find a great enthusiasm and knowledge, that of those who have turned their passion into a profession. Young management that can only grow and improve to meet every need. As I said, unfortunately, but this remains a subjective opinion, some traditional dishes have been sacrificed for innovation (apple fritters with ice cream for dessert... not finding them on the menu is a real heartbreak 😀... even though the alternatives are excellent), as well as slightly smaller portions and slightly higher prices. Well done!

A very fine restaurant. In the heart of the mountains of Lake Garda

I've been coming to this restaurant for at least twenty years; the "lady" from Switzerland has been part of many of the wonderful moments of my Torbole life. Management changed a couple of years ago, albeit gradually. The food hasn't deteriorated, and that's a huge compliment, because this place has always had unforgettable flavor. The service is a bit sluggish; we've asked for small things during dinner that were forgotten or ignored, and even the attention paid to children has been poor. Unfortunately, as often happens in tourist destinations, they rely on young seasonal workers who, while very polite, don't know their job. A maître d' would help. What can I say... I'm glad we haven't fallen off the cliff, but there's some work to be done to ensure the experience is as pleasant as it was before.

Delicious food, friendly staff, great serving, we came back every evening because it was too good. Highly recommend this place.

A very fine place for dinner. Reservations are a must! The 40-day marinated meat is a hit, as is the melted Swiss cheese as an appetizer. The steaks and side dishes are also excellent. Service is fast and extremely friendly. They speak very good German.

Excellent! The 1.300gr. Bistecca alla Fiorentina to the point and the wine recommendation perfect!

We received a great welcome. Even though we didn't have a reservation, we were shown to a table. The food was delicious and plentiful. We haven't had such a good steak in a long time. The waiters were all super attentive and friendly. We received a great welcome the second time around, too, and they were able to get us a table again. Everything was perfect. I would go back in a heartbeat. Absolutely fantastic. Kudos to the team.
