Alla Grotta In Arco

We ate here for a Thursday at the beginning of July. Despite not having a reservation, we got a good seat for two with a beautiful view outside. We ordered two burgers, which we both enjoyed. Alla Grotta is definitely worth a visit!

Pure Trentino flavor – Alla Grotta in Riva The carne salada at Alla Grotta is a poem: tender, perfectly seasoned, and served with garlic beans that smell wonderful and harmonize wonderfully with the meat. Accompanied by the mountain cheese from the oven – baked in the oven, soft on the inside and full of flavor. Simple, down-to-earth, excellent! Hospitality, atmosphere, and cuisine – everything is just right here. A real insider tip for lovers of authentic Trentino cuisine!

Overall, it's good. The staff are very friendly, but the prices are too high, and the food isn't so exclusive or particularly good that it justifies the price.

Angus steak and chicken with grilled vegetables, carne salada and baked potato with melted gorgonzola. All excellent. In our experience, not in the budget range.

A characteristic place that looks to the contemporary. The raw material is of high quality and the dishes present combinations of meat, vegetables and cheeses that are really very successful. The staff is all very courteous and attentive, and also recommends and displays the recipes to guide the customer in the best way. And the pleasant surprise of having met a little bit of home. Highly recommended!

Update June 2025: A culinary highlight that once made a Lake Garda vacation a truly special one has unfortunately been lost 🥺. The usual dishes have been tested... Regulars notice the difference. Burgers at Alla Grotta 🙊 You can, but you don't necessarily have to anymore... what a shame. We ordered four dishes today: two children's dishes and two regular pasta dishes. You can't be too hungry with the adult portions; they are more on the small side than on the large side. To be honest, the burger and fries weren't presented well; there wasn't even a tomato, cucumber, or lettuce leaf with it. In my opinion, the patti should be a lot better, especially considering it's called a steakhouse. The pasta tasted as expected, but unfortunately, nothing more. The service and the location are excellent, though. We would definitely visit again.

We all know Isa and Ebi left a difficult legacy, but I have to speak up for the new team! I think the new interior is really stylish, and everyone is working hard to deliver the best possible service! Okay, the mountain cheese isn't quite ready yet...but they have a fantastic tartar, which, based on my previous comparisons, I'd say is one of the best!!! The chicken from the Autobahn had probably been run over three times before, but this one was delicious even when it died. The fillet today...the second time...was top-notch!! I also thought the carne salada with garlic beans was as usual, even if it was a bit paler. So...be surprised and give it a try! We'll definitely continue to be regulars!! ...PS: I'm currently trying the Sorbetto al limone🤤🤤🤤

Great grill and Tomahawk! Maybe a little expensive but you don't throw anything away and you brush everything....
