Alibi Room In Viterbo

Our evening at Alibi Bar was a somewhat strange experience. We arrived about 10 minutes after the official opening, but found ourselves standing outside the closed door in the rain. After we knocked, a man came out and explained that it would take another 2-3 minutes as there was a phone call going on inside. While we waited we chatted to him and he told us a little about the bar and the drinks menu. However, time dragged on and the man kept looking through the door to see if everything was ready inside. When we finally went in, we apparently sat in a reserved seat, although there was nothing to indicate this. After we changed tables, the next seat was also reserved. Then we landed on chairs that were about to fall apart. We decided to order a "bucket" for 30 euros (Erasmus price). This was half filled with ice cubes, plus a few halves of peaches, strawberries, sweets on skewers, cookie rolls, and 10 pasta straws that were simply thrown in. Visually it looked good, but unfortunately it didn't taste good - the drink was very watery and the many ingredients gradually dissolved, leaving a strange taste. All in all, the experience was rather disappointing and we wouldn't go again.

Alibi is the place to spend an evening without having to worry about who is around you, given the truly chill and open environment

The craziest place in Turin, I recommend you book because it's always very full, the tall guy at the entrance is very kind, the shorter guy Lorenzo is also nice, the bartender is very outgoing and extroverted, sometimes a little bizarre. Stupendous

Far too busy to move around the bar on a Friday night , and sub bar cocktails served by manic staff. The whole point of a cocktail bar is to carefully construct the drink without bruising the alcohol, not just whacking everything in an automatic mixer and chucking it in a glass. It's more a fill em up , chuck em back young venue than a cocktail bar
