There is no trip to Puglia if you don't stop by Alex Ristorante in Lecce. Chef Alessandra Civilla's raw meat is cosmic! The chef's Acquerello risotto is unforgettable. Nice atmosphere, excellent selection of wines and champagne.

I share the previous opinion the cuisine is of very good quality, but the servers do not crack a smile, in no way intended, in no way recommended during our visit, there were several tables of 10 people and at no time did anyone care about to know if we needed anything. It’s a shame considering the culinary quality.

Lunch in this modern but warm and welcoming location, local flavors revisited, the Pata negra is top, the aubergine gratin is excellent. Also good are the gnocchi with aubergines and the cheese and pepper ravioli with calamari. Fast and friendly service, reasonable value for money.

The excellence of the food.
Reserved place, excellently furnished and with attention to every detail. The chef is an exceptional person. I had the pleasure of meeting her. The dishes are sublime, refined, intelligent, non-trivial. In the photo a risotto and a tagliolini. I even ate a raw dish that I don't like... Very good. The wine list is highly sought after. The quiet but impeccable service.
It's not just any Lecce restaurant. Here we are at the top, despite respect for local raw materials, but not only.
