Everything was excellent, but you can't spend almost €60 for 2 people on dumplings and little else, and in fact the place was half empty. I can understand a lot about the need to offer certain prices, but it seems a bit excessive to me.

We reached the Pratel plateau by cable car. You can also walk there along a path, but we also saw cars; I have no idea what the road is like. There's a panoramic view of Molveno and the lake. There's a relaxation area equipped with loungers, but you can also sit on the lawn for a picnic lunch. Nearby, there's a lovely children's play area, a path through the woods with wooden sculptures and educational stations, and a fun-filled treetop play area, which, however, may be closed in the low season.

We didn't eat in the restaurant, but at the adjoining bar. Very friendly service and lovingly prepared drinks. The hot and cold snacks were also very good. Definitely recommended.

The pizza is excellent, the staff is very well-organized, and the decor is functional. I recommend making a reservation for lunch, even on weekdays, due to the large crowds that frequent the lakeside, beach, and park areas.

We came here after a week in the mountains at a half-board hotel, craving pizza, but no luck. We were told the season had just ended (September 16) and the pizza chef was no longer available, meaning there were no more pizzas either. The alternative we ate was good, but we were still disappointed at not finding the pizza we were hoping for.

Nice restaurant right at the top of the Pradel cable car. Friendly staff, very good food. Prices are in line with other mountain huts in the area.

Dopo il fresco della mattinata e la fatica fatta al Forest park, un' ottima polenta con capriolo e un ottima crostata. Prezzi accettabili.

27/09/2025: The rooms are fine, clean, and comfortable, but the greatest asset of this hotel and restaurant is the absolutely fantastic and friendly staff. We felt great here! Regarding the location, we visited in summer; in winter, it's probably easier to get here and from there without a car. For those exploring the Brenta region entirely on foot, it's a good starting (and ending) point, but getting back by bus is quite a challenge, which is obviously more a problem of the local population's lack of transportation than a drawback of the hotel. Overall, I was surprised during my stay in this region that there's virtually no public transportation, even between nearby towns.
26/09/2025: Good location for exploring the region. You can have dinner there in the evening.

Pizzeria La vecchia Fornace

12/09/2025: They serve typical mountain cuisine and also pizza. Both are good...the staff is very friendly. I recommend it!!
06/09/2025: We arrived for dinner. The waiters were very friendly, and the place was average. We ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses. The cured meats were good, but I would have preferred a variety of cheeses. There were only two that weren't bad, but I expected better. We then ordered pizzas. The ortolane were loaded with vegetables (which according to the menu were supposed to be grilled), which wasn't a bad thing, except they looked more like boiled vegetables than grilled. As for the dough, I wasn't expecting anything different; I understand we're in the mountains after all. For dessert, they served profiteroles. I've had better, but it's still a dessert! If you want a simple meal, it's fine. Prices are average.
