Albergo Casagrande In Laives

On August 15th we drank a coffee when everything was closed.

We were looking for a room for 1 night for 4 people and 3 motorcycles. After several failed campsites, First impression: Building exterior in its original state. Nice surprise, warm welcome, super super clean. Comfortable bedding, memory foam pillows, crisp white sheets and towels, hairdryer... Very comfortable room area. A top-notch breakfast buffet. We have 2-star hotels in France that are far from the quality of this 1-star hotel. Room with breakfast included at an affordable price. The restaurant, their Italian pizzas are very well-stocked, good, and attractively priced. Let's encourage this establishment to make these changes. Yes, it's in its original state from the 80s. The unusual architecture and courtyard at the back for our motorcycles were perfect. It only has one star, so indulgence is essential. Weak point on the street side, and the air conditioning replaced by fans. 😁😉

A fairly old and basic hotel. The furniture is dated, only two of the six electrical outlets work, and instead of the advertised air conditioning, there's a fan. It's sufficient for one night; I wouldn't stay any longer. The food in the restaurant, however, is excellent and the prices are reasonable.

Delicious dinner (pizzas, pasta) at reasonable price. Accommodation was fine as well and not particularly loud as others said. Breakfast was good too.
