15/04/2025: Pizzeria Blue Eye
A true gem in the heart of the area, where hospitality is at home, thanks to the extraordinary kindness and friendliness of the owner Giorgia, always smiling and attentive to every detail.
The pizzas are simply exquisite, prepared with the freshest and highest quality ingredients. You really are spoiled for choice and the dough can be chosen from:
- CLASSIC gr. 240: simple dough with water, flour, salt and oil. 48 hours of maturation that makes our product unique and recognizable.
- NAPLES: gr. 300: Double leavened dough with 10% biga. Soft and high dough but at the same time extremely digestible.
- PINSA +3 €: Wheat flour, rice and soy, mixed together are finely worked to obtain a low gluten mixture. Highly hydrated dough.
- GLUTEN FREE gr. 240: water, gluten-free wheat starch, brown rice flour, extra virgin olive oil, 4% corn starch, brewer's yeast, lactose-free skimmed milk powder, sugar, sunflower oil, salt, vegetable fiber.
- WHOLE WHEAT gr. 240: dough with wheat flour. flour that has not undergone refining processes, rich in bran and wheat germ. In this case we adopt at least 72 hours of maturation.
- BABY - €1
We tried the Delizia with classic dough: a triumph of flavors thanks to the tasty tomato, creamy buffalo mozzarella, sweet cherry tomatoes and freshly picked scented rocket. Next, a personalized Carbonara pizza with added rocket: a sublime combination, with a crumbly and light dough that conquers at the first bite.
To finish on a sweet note, Giorgia's homemade tiramisu is a true paradise of flavors, creamy, balanced and irresistible.
The place is equally well-kept in its details, with Art Nouveau tables and woven straw chairs that create a welcoming and familiar atmosphere. The arches on the ceiling add a unique and warm touch to the environment.
We can definitely say that it is the best pizzeria in the area, absolutely worth trying!
04/03/2025: Bozzolo, I didn't even know about the existence of this tiny town.
One thing I can say... anyone who is passing through these areas must stop by to eat the pizza at this very simple pizzeria/bar, where even the waitress/owner Giorgia is good, good, sociable and friendly (even with an unpleasant southerner like me).
Superlative pizza in the dough!
Excellent in topping and in the lightness of the combination of ingredients. Fair price!
