Quando riesco ad andare a Campiglio, faccio sempre in modo di cenare in questo ristorante.. Carne sia del nostro territorio, che dal mondo, cucinata alla perfezione.. Un ringraziamento particolare ad Osvaldo, per l'attenzione e la disponibilità verso la clientela.. Consiglio questo ristorante a tutti: singoli, coppie, amici, famiglie...

Looking for a good steakhouse, we end up at Sottobosco; possibility to choose between à la carte or aĺl you can eat churrasko menu. Given the desire to try more different meats, we opt for the all you can eat: excellent, tasty meat, served sliced ​​at the table accompanied by a side of french fries. For those who wish, a modest buffet is also available while waiting for the meat round to begin. Worthy of praise is the owner's belief that during the dinner (15 August, mid-August) he covered every possible role: welcoming customers, setting and clearing tables, taking orders, waiter, cashier and children's entertainer... all by himself (together with the chef in kitchen) to manage around forty seats always with a smile on his face! At our table he also did some review... finishing dinner with satisfaction.

Arriving in the warm environment of the undergrowth steakhouse we were welcomed by Osvaldo, the perfect host, kind and friendly! We had an all-you-can-eat churrasco for the entire table, which was nothing short of incredible. The quality of the raw materials is exceptional and I was able to appreciate cuts of meat I had never tried before, with an intense and delicious flavour. Value for money more than adequate. We will definitely be back!

Siamo stati con la famiglia una settimana in ferie e ben 3 volte a cena in questo ristorante. Qualità della carne ottima ( e siamo molto esperti a riguardo). Tanti tipi di carne tutte cotte perfettamente, molto pulito e il ragazzo che serve davvero cortese e di ‘manica larga’ nel servire le varie pietanze. Si raggiunge facilmente e il posto per L auto è sempre disponibile. Prezzo super competitivo !! Che dire consigliatissimo!!!!

We tried all you can eat. 37 euros with around 16 meat courses (from pork to chicken wings to kangaroo). It didn't excite us. Some good cuts and cooked well, others disappointing. The service was impeccable and friendly

Walking in after having been here once many years ago, had to come back because the food is amazing. Warm welcome by the server, who coincidentally spoke a little Dutch. We ordered the churrasco which is a whole experience. I think it was 12 courses of different meats served one at a time. The taste was amazing! We somehow endured all 12 courses even though we felt like exploding (insider tip: don’t eat anything the whole day before you come here). 100/10 would recommend to anyone visiting the val di sole region.

We wanted a meat-based dinner and after careful research we chose this restaurant. It's not easy to come across it while walking through the centre, you really have to look for it.
