We stopped for lunch quite late, but the waitress was really kind, as was the entire staff. We had a delicious grilled meat with roast potatoes; the fillet was very tender and tasty. The apple strudel was superb, also thanks to the presentation. Thank you so much for your welcome and hospitality, congratulations 👏🏻 See you soon!

The menu is very interestingly translated into English; every single dish looked and tasted handmade, not supermarket-fresh. The food was also delivered quickly.

Despite being a hotel, it also offers a restaurant-only service. In fact, I only used the restaurant, so I didn't review the rooms. As for the menu, you can choose from the usual à la carte menu or two daily menus. I opted for one of the two fixed-price menus (€11 for a main course with side dish, a toque, and coffee).

05/02/2026: Me and a large group of friends stayed at the hotel for a week. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The food was absolutely amazing and to note I want to congratulate the pizza chaf Adriano for his work. Even for Italy his pizzas are on top. Andrea, our waiter in the restaurant, was extremely friendly and if you are wondering what to order ask him, he has the best recommendations. 110% would recommend when you visit Canazei. Now, if you will be staying in the Laurin Hotel you will get to enjoy the restaurant reserved for guests. The food here is splendid. The waiters, specifically Julian, Ibrahim and Marco, are the absolute best - friendly, open to chat with you, very very good wine recommendations. They work very hard and pay attention to the small details - from how they set the table to the small things in conversation and are always friendly. You will enjoy their company and they even approach becoming part of your group. I don’t know how they maintain such a high level of work ethic and still smile every time. If you stay in Laurin give them my best regards and be ready for some great service and chat.
