If you go to Fiera di Primiero or are just passing through you must stop at Al Pra. The restaurant is "historic" and despite the change of management compared to the past, it has remained a staple of the area! To get there you have to go to Ormanico, a hamlet of Fiera di Primiero, and take a road that leads only to the restaurant. It is possible to get there either by car or on foot and you will not be disappointed. The place is welcoming, quiet and with a beautiful view. Excellent both in the summer season (there are some very well-kept wooden tables outside, also excellent for an aperitif or to breathe some clean air away from the city traffic!) and in the winter season. The menu reflects tradition but with a touch of modernity. Welcoming, friendly staff and very fast service. I highly recommend the rabbit which remains a flagship dish worthy of being tasted and as a starter I really appreciated the raw sausage with fried polenta. The tables are available inside or on the external veranda which is closed and heated in winter.

Getting to the restaurant requires a more than expert driver, but the environment is friendly, the staff are trained and attentive. The food offering is careful to respect local particulars, taking care not to exceed. A little attention, keep tools away depending on their use, have a dessert, certainly delicious, but with a sausage aftertaste, it's not the best. It can happen to even the best.

Location stupenda, nonostante strada di accesso non agevole, personale gentilissimo. Fettuccine ai porcini sublimi, per non parlare del coniglio arrosto, meraviglioso. Prezzo più che ragionevole. Attendo la prossima occasione

La location è molto bella…anche solo per il panorama, il personale è molto gentile ed abbiamo mangiato bene. L’unica pecca… la caraffa d’acqua del rubinetto : euro 1,50. Ci domandiamo perché , dopo che è stato tutto perfetto……
