Intimate and characteristic restaurant. Exceptional value for money, with some truly noteworthy dishes.
Among the fantastic first courses are the handmade tagliatelle with venison ragù and the strangolapreti with melted cheese. Fantastic trio proposals from the chef are added.
Among the second courses, the pork cheek with polenta is highly recommended.
Very good tiramisu with chocolate flakes and caramelized pears, if you want to try something very particular there is a pine semifreddo with honey that tastes of the mountains. Among the new special 3 chocolate mousse.
Recommended for small groups or couples.

Un ambiente confortevole, accogliente e intimo nel cuore di Cavalese. Ottima cucina di stampo tradizionale e ottimi prodotti del territorio. Il locale dispone inoltre di una variegata carta dei vini e speciali dessert che consiglio vivamente di provare.

A comfortable, welcoming and intimate environment in the heart of Cavalese. Excellent traditional cuisine and excellent local products. The restaurant also has a varied wine list and special desserts that I highly recommend trying.

Typical, welcoming and elegant place. The service is very precise. Excellent dishes even if the cooking of the ossobuco is different from the usual one.

ottimo ristorante di misure contenute , piatti proposti vari e gustosi , dalla guancia di manzetta con polenta agli spaghetti con le vongole senza dimenticare gli gnocconi.

This place has attention to detail and customer care that makes you immediately think you want to return. What a hit the songs in the room were! When the food is good, people eat and no one talks anymore, you are left with your plate, enjoying every single bite, perhaps accompanied by a good glass of wine, or with a classic rock
