Great traditional Italian restaurant sourcing local produce and Traditional fair. I had a lovely plate of Hand Made Pasta and Local Haim dish.
Make sure to save a spot for deserts which were wonderfully presented and tasted great.

Discovered by chance after a stroll through the center of Cavalese, I have to say we had a wonderful time. The place is intimate, with just a few tables. The dishes are exceptional and carefully crafted, with delicate and refined flavors. Excellent wine list and excellent value. We'll definitely be back. Bravo!

The place is small but very welcoming. First course: trio of dumplings. Second course: beef cheek. Everything was delicious and plentiful. Highly recommended.

I ordered an appetizer, a main course, a dessert, water, and a bottle of wine (shared between two) and spent €50!
The food was truly delicious and the place was very nice.
The service was top-notch, too.
If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a try!

This elegant restaurant in the center of Cavalese is small, so reservations are recommended. The three of us had cheek with stewed cabbage and exceptional polenta, the meat was incredibly tender. The cabbage was simply stewed, but it paired perfectly with the rest of the dish. We also had dumplings on a cabbage salad and crispy speck—three different dumplings, perfect in texture and flavor. We also had tagliatelle with venison ragù, with a generous amount of hand-cut ragù that allowed us to savor the full flavor. The ingredients are top-quality, and the dishes are elegantly presented. Each course is a complete meal, especially the main courses, which practically come with sides. Excellent value. We'll definitely be back.

Strolling through the streets of Cavalese's center, I discovered Cantuccio, an intimate and welcoming restaurant with just a few seats. Its dishes made me fall in love with the place. Kudos to the warm atmosphere and the delicious dishes!

The canederli are unforgettable, as is the chestnut tiramisu! The service is also excellent; I highly recommend this little gem located on a central alley in Cavalese.
