Al Campanile In Pordenone

Very characteristic atmosphere, very good and plentiful food, excellent service.

I had been there last year and I had a very good time, I returned this year and, unfortunately, I did not find the quality of last year, oxtails alla vaccinara, last year excellent, this year barely passable with a strong aftertaste of wine, meatballs, very basic and with a very liquid tomato sauce, artichokes alla giudia, disappeared from the menu, the cutting board and the lamb were good, the trinità appetizer could be improved, mozzarella overcooked and courgette flower almost raw inside.

Roman cuisine from a different region, but everything exceeded expectations. Fantastic location, beneath the imposing cathedral tower.

I usually don't write reviews, but after reading some, I felt like sharing my experience. Whoa! I can't understand anyone complaining about this place... I dined here for the first time: beautiful place, very kind and cheerful staff, good food with quality ingredients. The only problem was that we each had a first and second course and struggled to finish them because the portions were so generous... the price is in line with the quality and quantity. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes.

Excellent first courses and good wines.

We sat outside at the waiter's suggestion, but he didn't bother drying us off or cleaning the table (it had been raining). We ordered wine, which arrived already in the glass, without being able to see the bottle. We asked for porchetta to share, which was good in flavor but far from the typical porchetta from Ariccia, with its intense, spicy flavor and crispy crust. The first courses, however, were very good as always; it was a shame they were served while we were still eating our appetizers. The waiter didn't bat an eyelid and left them on the table with everything else. We asked for bread, which never arrived, and when we finished the pasta, no one asked if we wanted anything else. I'm disappointed because the food is good and the atmosphere is lovely, but the service has always been sloppy, even on other occasions. I hope this is a constructive comment regarding staff training.

Been here multiple times. This is the best food in Pordenone. Their charcuterie boards and meatballs are great. Tried the lamb last time, spot on cook and flavor. Staff was excellent as always. Make a reservation, it gets slammed, but they handle it well.

Really special place because they prepare all Roman cuisine dishes from appetizers to main courses. The staff is helpful and professional.

The first time we went, we sat inside on the second floor very nice and rustic. We ate well, spaghetti alla Carbonara, alla Gricia and Cacio e Pepe all very good, also the two cutting boards and the house Friulano wine good. Service good, they offered us limoncello grappa etc.

Wonderful evening with friends, excellent food and good wine, professional staff and Sara the owner, very kind and friendly, thanks again for the beautiful evening, I will be back.
