Good food, but the portions were a bit small. What I was disappointed about was that when I asked for French fries instead of beans as a side dish with the cutlet, they told me it wasn't possible. Yet, these were sides on the menu and were the same price. They definitely didn't have a plate with the cutlet and beans in the fridge, so they reheated it. They fried the cutlet and could have fried the fries in the meantime.

The best dumplings I've ever eaten. The goulash was fabulous too. I can't imagine the rest. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐

Al Bus luogo caratteristico del Primiero aperto solo a pranzo gentilezza e cortesia dei luoghi . Cibi squisiti ci immergiamo nei sapori del Trentino. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Good food and very kind staff. They served me a venison chop that I thought was too tough, and they immediately replaced it with another perfectly cooked one, adding the side dishes that were included and that I had already eaten. Very professional. A very welcoming, typical mountain atmosphere. I recommend it.

12/06/2025: Acceptable quality/price ratio, lately the prices have risen considerably. Familiar and discreet atmosphere, very refined in its simplicity, full of history. The variety is not very wide being a typical Trentino trattoria. But everything is excellent, from the giardiniera to the carne salada, perhaps the best I have ever tasted, tender and tasty, you can cut it with a fork!! The apple and amaretti cake, the strudel, the wine and the coffee are good!!!
