Aktiv & Familienhotel Adlernest In Senales

We just enjoyed a short break with our baby at the Hotel Adlernest in Schnals (South Tyrol). We're returning home feeling completely satisfied. For a small additional fee, we were upgraded to the family suite. Since I have celiac disease, I have to follow a strict gluten-free diet. When we booked, I was assured that this wouldn't be a problem. For breakfast, there was always a selection of rolls, a sweet pastry, cornflakes, muesli, and crackers or cookies on the table. In the morning, our dinner order was taken. The dishes were then adapted to be gluten-free, or alternatives were offered. This worked perfectly, and the waitstaff always mentioned "gluten-free" – which was reassuring. And it tasted delicious, too! Thank you so much for this carefree holiday. 🙏🏼😊
