A lovely restaurant near the Grifone di Martalar. Killing two birds with one stone. We ate well in a rustic and welcoming yet elegant setting.

An excellent base for griffon vulture viewing. Parking is available, and the trail is about twenty minutes long for those who aren't particularly fit. The restaurant features typical local decor and the food is varied and not overly elaborate, but very good.

A great experience after years of not being able to come. The wonderful road from Grigno is breathtakingly scenic and very quick. We come every year and every time it's perfect: tagliolini with blueberries and a fabulous walnut sauce (it's not a given that you'll find a sauce this good in Genoa), Trentino-style cod, lamb ribs, pizza, carpaccio with smoked burrata and honey, barley with legumes... Not to mention the desserts like berry cheesecake, pear and chocolate cake, and panna cotta. This is the best restaurant in Valsugana we've tried so far.

Bike Break

04/10/2025: Faedo Bike Grill is located along the bike path and has a large green area with a children's playground. Very few cars on site, but it's very popular with cyclists. The service is very young and friendly, both at the counter and at the tables. Kudos also to the kitchen, which offers local dishes and seasonal products (e.g., tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms). Everything is very organized and clean, the bathrooms are very nice and modern, and they offer free showers. Everything is very nice, but stopping is mandatory if you're on the bike path in Mezzocorona and Salorno. Highly recommended
24/09/2025: This place saved our ride. Rain was hard and in the middle of nowhere we found a spot to put the bikes under a roof and wait for the rain to stop while eating good food and excellent service!
