A great experience after years of not being able to come. The wonderful road from Grigno is breathtakingly scenic and very quick. We come every year and every time it's perfect: tagliolini with blueberries and a fabulous walnut sauce (it's not a given that you'll find a sauce this good in Genoa), Trentino-style cod, lamb ribs, pizza, carpaccio with smoked burrata and honey, barley with legumes... Not to mention the desserts like berry cheesecake, pear and chocolate cake, and panna cotta. This is the best restaurant in Valsugana we've tried so far.

A Sunday outing for a couple, not the first time. The food is excellent, the service is friendly, there's plenty of parking, and the price is average considering the quality and location. I recommend booking, especially on weekends, and paying attention to the opening/closing hours. Highly recommended.

A pleasant evening with simple, courteous service and short wait times. The first courses were simply presented but delicious (polenta gnocchi with Trentin Grana fondue and a trio of canederli (cheese, spinach, and speck) with melted butter and sage) and all the flavors were evident. The venison stew was delicious, accompanied by side dishes ALREADY included, so it was more than reasonable! The traditional desserts were appreciated. The restaurant boasts warm, mountain-style decor. The prices were fair, unlike what other reviews read, which can sometimes make one doubt whether this is a truly worthy restaurant! We'll definitely be returning!

In a place that seems like an enchanted valley, Celado near the now famous griffin I tasted a delicious pizza with mountain raw ham that melts in your mouth

Typical Trentino restaurant with various local specialties. Excellent canederli, venison and lamb chops. Good quality/price ratio. Recommended.

Ci andavo quando ero piccolino con i nonni e ho sempre mangiato bene e ricordavo un posto accogliente e caldo. Sono tornato dopo quasi 20 anni e il calore è ancora lo stesso, cibo buono e personale gentile. Consigliato se si è in zona
