25/01/2025: We ordered 1 kg of meat at the price of €8 per hectogram. We were informed that, due to cutting issues, it was possible to prepare only 700 grams of that meat, and that the remaining part would be compensated with another quality, again at the price of €8 per hectogram. Upon delivery, however, we received 1.4 kg of meat divided as follows: - 800 grams of a third quality of meat, different from that agreed upon as a replacement, with a price of €14 per hectogram which we discovered only at the time of the bill; - 600 grams of the meat initially chosen. The problem is that we expected the replacement meat to have a price similar to that initially agreed (€8 per hectogram), but this was not the case. This lack of price transparency has compromised the relationship of trust with the customer. The quality of the meat was unquestionably excellent, but transparency and respect towards the customer are essential. In the event of modifications or replacements, it would have been correct to clearly communicate the new prices to avoid misunderstandings and guarantee a relationship of trust. The total cost for 2 people was €186, including meat, a carpaccio, a sautéed chicory and a bottle of water.
