The rooms need to be reconsidered, especially the bed, which was very uncomfortable due to the very thin mattress.
Breakfast was very bland but had everything you needed.
Dinner was excellent, so top marks for the service and cuisine.
Extraordinary location for visiting nearby lakes and historic towns.

Excellent location. Excellent welcome, Alessia is wonderful. Excellent quality food. The evening was truly enjoyable thanks to Alessia, who pampered us until checkout. We stayed two nights (August 1, 2, and 3). My husband, Valentino (our dog 🐕), and I stayed there. Anyway, we had a great time. Wonderful relaxing days, the dinner was amazing, the staff very helpful and kind. The price is fantastic, very affordable. We will be back this week, check-in August 28-31, 2025.

Overall a fairly large structure, we were 16 people and we did a complete package including dinner, overnight stay, spa, and breakfast, unbeatable price 👍 the waitress Alessandra was an exquisite and professional person unlike some of the other waiters, the structure should be a little more looked after, it's a shame to see it a little unkempt, overall it's worth spending a few days overall a rating 8 👏👍

Excellent service and food, but special praise goes to the extremely kind and helpful staff.
The two Roman cisterns from the year 0 are very interesting.

We stayed for two nights. The property has good potential, but the rooms are a bit run-down. For dinner, we had the €17 pinsa menu, which was excellent and plentiful. The dining room staff were friendly.

Lunedì diverso direi molto relax e tante coccole....io e mio marito abbiamo deciso di passare una giornata diversa e abbiamo fatto bene...ci siamo andati in qwesto posto ci siamo trovati benissimo doppo il relax nella loro spa abbiamo fatto una cenetta particolare con delle richieste che ci hanno accontentato.....le fettuccine alla matricola da Paura ma anche i gnocchi in cornocopia....molto buono il tiramisù direi che ritorneremo di
sicuro.
