In the Castelli Romani there is a large farmhouse where you eat very well, the rooms leave a little to be desired.

We stopped for lunch after visiting Dino Park and were more than satisfied. Despite the restaurant being busy, the service was quick and seamless. The children's dishes arrived promptly, and the quality of the menu is truly top-notch. The pinsa, cured meats, tagliata, and desserts were excellent. The bill was also surprising, very fair for what we ate, at least compared to other restaurants. The dining room was also very welcoming; we'll gladly return.

Dinner for two. Everything was delicious. Impeccable service (Gabriella was very kind). A positive experience, definitely worth repeating. Highly recommended.

The food is of adequate quality, but the service is poorly organized when there are a lot of customers. Sunday was saved exclusively by the waiter (short gray hair) who served us and took charge of the situation. The place is suitable for children, with an adjoining soccer field. Lack of information when booking. The field and waiter are rated 9. Everything else (at least that's how it went today) is rated 3. Average rating is satisfactory.

I went for lunch, and everything was delicious, from the starters—ricotta and spinach ravioli with cherry tomatoes, arugula, and pine nuts, and cacio e pepe ravioli—to the main courses—lamb and prime beef steak—and the superb tiramisu. Even though the place was packed, we were served quickly. The owner, José, is always present and takes care of every detail with care and professionalism. Highly recommended!

A charming and evocative place. We often go for dinner, since we live nearby, and we always find the welcome, hospitality, and good food. They often host the "pinsa festival," including yesterday, and the quality/price ratio is excellent! You have to try the pinsa all'amatriciana, margherita, and boscaiola at least once—they're delicious! The spa is also amazing! Highly recommended!!! Yvon and Giuseppe

We only visited this agriturismo for Valentine's Day dinner. We didn't stay overnight. The restaurant is unique because you dine in a Roman cistern. The wine, produced on site, is truly excellent, as is the dessert. The entire dinner was delicious. Good value. The staff was courteous. Convenient parking.
