Agriturismo Marconi In Veglie

My husband and I stayed 10 days at this agriturismo: an oasis of peace just steps from Porto Cesareo. Strategically located for reaching the most beautiful beaches and towns in Salento. I had a great time: spacious room with a typical Apulian feel, fresh and clean, with daily towel changes, and a small fridge. The pool is beautiful with a view of the countryside. The breakfast is excellent and varied, both sweet and savory. You can also dine on site, serving traditional dishes. I recommend purchasing their products, including oil, wine, and jams. Excellent property surrounded by greenery with a pool. Excellent breakfast with fresh, local produce. It's about a ten-minute drive from the sea.

I stayed at this property for a few days last week. The location is ideal, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The property has been beautifully renovated and is surrounded by olive trees. The rooms are beautiful, and the pool is equipped with an outdoor hot shower. Some details could be improved, such as the motorized bathroom window, which didn't work. The shower is clean, but I think they use harsh products that have stripped the chrome plating. A beautiful foosball table and a ping pong table are available, but they're very worn. There are broken rackets and balls that don't bounce, and vases are available, but no plants or flowers inside. The bowling table is very interesting, but it's located in the only covered passageway between reception and the rooms, making it awkward to slalom with suitcases. The breakfast is good and varied; thanks to Beatrice, who is super professional!
