I'm sorry to only give three stars to this place. I would have liked to give more but we had some inconveniences. As for the rooms, it must be said that they are nice and clean but, since it was cold, the air conditioning didn't work well and for two consecutive days we had to ask the owner to fix it. The food was very good, although the breakfast could have been better. But the dinners were excellent.

I stayed for three nights with my five year old son in this property, it was a fantastic stay! The rooms are cozy and clean. Outside the structure there is a large space where children can play peacefully, it is in the middle of the mountains, the view is wonderful. You can also visit the farm. With about a quarter of an hour's drive you can visit various places, we really liked the Piana di Segni and Artena. The food is excellent, mainly meat and cheese, I recommend the pasta with red ragù and the lamb. We always ate in the structure, they also prepared sandwiches for when we had lunch outdoors in the mountains.

A truly welcoming place. The staff makes you feel pampered and at home. They really have incredible attention. The rooms were spotless and welcoming. The fabulous Spa. The enchanting landscape.

Pure relaxation, excellent food

The structure should certainly be renovated, with a little more attention to detail, such as the courtesy line in the room, more choice for breakfast (which is only sweet) and above all also for how it is proposed (very little would be enough, like displaying it on a shelf rather than on that trolley). Ditto for the selection of herbal teas in the SPA. They are not intended to be complaints, rather advice to enhance the potential of the place. However, the experience was very positive because you feel at home, with the service of the owner and his staff (very kind like Edeardo). The dinner, which was included in the package, was excellent, home-made cuisine with zero-mile ingredients from their own company. The exclusive use of the SPA is very pleasant and last but not least, the location of the structure is exceptional, completely isolated and surrounded by greenery, if, like us, you are looking for a bit of relaxation.

Nice place. Isolated from the world surrounded by greenery in the middle of the mountains lost in the hinterland. The food is excellent and the wood-burning oven and brazier are always lit. The spa is beautiful. The warm swimming pool, the deckchairs outside for the summer and at a good distance the vegetable gardens and raised livestock. Huge parking. If you take a walk immersed in nature, on the road that if you continue leads to Rocca Massima you will enjoy very good air. Excellent service, the staff is always ready and friendly, the food they make is delicious
